Great video! I can definitely relate. I was a professional musician and studio owner in the 2000's, got burned out on it, and decided to reinvent myself and go for a corporate job. A few years in, I missed not just music, but being creative in general. I reinvented myself again, going for a creative route, in experience design. I've built a successful creative career as an experience design professional. It isn't music, but allows me to fund my passion for music and production, and buy whatever gear I want. I kind of feel like it's the best of both worlds. Now, I am planning on continuing to evolve my design career, but also start a KZread channel, to see what I can do in music again. I'm figuring it all out one day at a time. Good luck on your journey man! You've got the drive and the talent. You'll find the way forward.

I'm happy for you, finding that balance is key. Is experience design related to UE / UI work in tech? Or are you referring to something different? I never got into the design part of software because Professors always told us, "That's not real software engineering," and I never learned it hahah. Good luck on KZread. The key is be consistent. Make a goal of at least one video a week. If you can make one video, try to chop it up into smaller pieces for shorts and tie your main video to your shorts (new feature). I personally use CapCut pro to edit, it's more than powerful for my needs!
