Care in Flight ( हवाई यात्रा में कान का दर्द - उपचार )
Pain Ear in flight while take off and landing is a very common problem and that too in all age group. This pain occurs because of pressure difference in outer and middle ear.Various complications may occur if not dealt with properly.
If certain precautions are taken during take off and landing then one will never have pain in ear.
1. if you are having cough and cold then start medicines 2-3 days earlier.
2. Stop blowing nose
3. start taking sips of water or any liquid the moment flight moves on runway or when it starts coming down. continue this till flight is stable in air or when it has landed completely.
4. if you have a baby than start giving breast feeding for the same duration.
If these measures are taken then no body will have pain in ear or vomiting.
4. A person can chew toffees also and induce swallowing which will maintain the air pressure in ear.

To sir pgi wale keh rahe hai eska elaz nahi hai. To sir main homopthetic ya phir ayverdic main kese elaz karwai. Plz suggest me. Thanks sir

Sir mere kaan me bahut dard hota h ek dam fatne jaisi halat ho jati h or vomiting b aane ko hoti h lekin jaha tk ho mai rok kar rakhti hu sir vomit na ho kuch aisa tareeka b bataye 5 hour tk plane me bahut mushkil ho jati h
