you seem to do all these lectures in single takes without hesitation and without losing your train of thought even among such complex and loaded amounts of information. it really shows how on top of the material you are and also points to your extreme clarity of mind as well as great articulation skills. i'm just generally amazed at your teaching skills and really appreciate your efforts. you're helping me get through medical school more than most of my teachers, thank you so much!

Isaiah 13:6-22 Howl ye; for the day of the Lord is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. 7 Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt: 8 And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. 9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. 11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. 12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger. 14 And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land. 15 Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. 16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished. 17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. 18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children. 19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. 20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there. 21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there. 22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

OMG... I'm not just memorizing this stuff anymore....I ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND now!! The body is amazing...
I hope you have a second to read this cause I'm one of the ninja nerd. For the sake of medical, I'm speechless on everything I just learned. I have issues to concentrate straight for an hour, i usually get distracted by some useless things in my mind while studying. But all your cardio videos made me even regret to blink and i had to even go back few seconds when i tried to correlate everything. AND YES IT MADE SENSE. You made studying really interesting and now its becoming addictive when i get more curious on related stuff. I'd like to name you Dopamine Guru. Hail the dopamine guru!
I am a PhD in Vascular Biology, and still this video blew my mind. Outstanding teacher! Bravo!

You are amazing! I've been a nurse for 23 years. I have learned more from your lectures than I have ever in college and experience. I've been out of the hospital game for 15 years and going back into it, you are exactly what I needed to spark my love for medicine again. You blow me away with your knowledge, focus, and ability to simplify such complex mechanisms. You are wonderful. Thank you.

Your Videos are extremely helpful. One of the most resourceful channel out here for med students. I wish i had known about you sooner. So concise yet so precise. I really hope more persons get to know about your videos and learn as much I am learning from you. Thank you so very much.
I was really fed up of learning CVS and everytime despite repetitive learning and writing I was missing out on some crucial points, but thanks to you, I am understanding all this now. I wish I had checked for videos earlier. Please keep these videos coming. This channel is so underrated. You teach lot better than any of my HAP faculty. Thanks
THANK YOU. Seriously. You have no idea how crazy helpful this was. Thank you also for maintaining a strong level of detail all the way through. I'm a Penn State Med Student and feel so supported. Watched the whole thing and am about to watch hypertension!
Ninja Nerd I won't be surprised if in the future, your video lectures become the "video textbook" for healthcare related courses. Thank you so much for your dedication and for keeping these videos for free. You are amazing!

i can't believe i can watch this for free
I am shocked that anyone could be so aware of such a myriad of such incredibly detailed issues on multiple levels on every aspect of low blood pressure and explain it so clearly without missing a beat. I bet you are a major STAR amongst the cardiac specialist professors. none of the specialists I see have ever explained any of this to me. I do often have issues with low blood pressure but I do not know why it happens. your presentation was amazing. I do try to drink water regularly throughout the day = even if I am just going to the shops or the gym I never forget to bring my large water bottle with me and replenish it if it starts to get low.. What I do know re my low blood pressure is how i feel just before it all goes wrong and I try to sit down or lay down immediately otherwise the next step is I end up fainting and crashing to the floor. have you also done one on heart arrhythmia? someone said there are different types of arrhythmias but none of the specialists have ever told me what type of arrhythmia I have - they just say I have one, and I do not know how or why I got that.
I have watched hundreds of videos during my post grad education, this one, by far, the BEST!
bro how do you just rattle this off without taking a single break. I have a cardiorespiratory final exam tomorrow and your videos have saved my life. thank you
You literally saved my human physiology exam .... You deserve more subscribers....keep working😊thanks again
Thank you man! Helping me finish the cardiology module with these amazing videos :)
You are holding a funnel into my brain and the visual/auditory stimuli permanently cause knowledge growth in me. I am stunned by what you do. THANK U. You are precious.
You do such a great job at explaining complex issues in clear well structure way.
I truly thank you r from bottom of my heart !!! you r doing amazing work . GOD BLESS YOU
This is the most beautiful explanation i’ve ever come across!!!! I am totally dependent on your videos. Thank you so freaking much for existing.
The way you explain is just so fabulous, I could actually understand the concept very well. Thank you very much 😁
Rare ability to teach hard to learn concepts. Enjoy listening and/or watching your videos. Well planned and very easy to understand. Your teachings are helping me consolidate all of my knowledge in paramedicine. Thank-you.
awsome videos . I retired sometime ago to pursue a different career but I am trying to review some anatomy and physiology lectures to get on the road again and finding your channel was the best thing that happened to me, keep on the good work . Thank you so much for your great work.
You have an AMAZING gift from GOD. I had open heart surgery in 2002, a 4X bypass and consider myself an excellent patient, eat a very clean diet most of the time, exercise to an above average level, etc. Stumbled onto you but instantly subscribed. I had my operation done at Stony Brook Hospital in NY, excellent surgeon I see you made a complete series about BP, so nice of you to take the time to produce these.
Saved the cvs playlist and the amount of knowledge and happiness you get after completing the whole playlist is astronomical ✨
Two years(!) my daughter has gone undiagnosed and this is EXACTLY what we see happening! It took us 6 months to figure out how to reverse it ourselves with salt under the tongue, spoonfuls of honey, chug two full glasses of water, and 'bearing down' during an 'episode'. Takes approximately 25 minutes to come out of an episode (and stop shaking and muscle contraction of hands and feet)' She's completely cognitive throughout and freaked out! It started at 18, after being infected by Cryptosporidium. She already had Neurocardiogenic Syncope discovered at 17 in High school during track club. Noticed her heart rate skyrockets above 200 during stress tests so they stopped them just before syncope. Neurologist ruled out Neurogenic, Endocrinologist has ruled out Diabetes Insipidus, GI ignored us (even though Iron Sat. Is low) & Autonomic Cardiologist says the 'episodes' are not NCG related. All have essentially declared 'This is not my specialty' or as we have lovingly phrased 'Tag! Not it!'. Our family has realized that the NCG condition doesn't help her extreme need for sodium. You literally describe her exact symptoms to a T!! We've found that RNA, along with elevated water and salt intake and a Paleo style diet have somehow lessened her symptoms. Still looking for answers and an eventual diagnosis. Your videos are outstanding and easy enough for even the 'layman'. The body is an Orchestra! SO complex! Harmonious agreement is Essential! This helps us to understand the WHY and hopefully one day find a Doc that learned, and remembers(!) what they learned, that will find us a solution to our daughter's Hypotension 'episodes'. Hypovalemic shock potential on a daily basis is debilitating. She's dropped out of college and just taking one day at a time working toward solutions.
