you seem to do all these lectures in single takes without hesitation and without losing your train of thought even among such complex and loaded amounts of information. it really shows how on top of the material you are and also points to your extreme clarity of mind as well as great articulation skills. i'm just generally amazed at your teaching skills and really appreciate your efforts. you're helping me get through medical school more than most of my teachers, thank you so much!

Isaiah 13:6-22 Howl ye; for the day of the Lord is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. 7 Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt: 8 And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. 9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. 11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. 12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger. 14 And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land. 15 Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. 16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished. 17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. 18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children. 19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. 20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there. 21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there. 22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

I hope you have a second to read this cause I'm one of the ninja nerd. For the sake of medical, I'm speechless on everything I just learned. I have issues to concentrate straight for an hour, i usually get distracted by some useless things in my mind while studying. But all your cardio videos made me even regret to blink and i had to even go back few seconds when i tried to correlate everything. AND YES IT MADE SENSE. You made studying really interesting and now its becoming addictive when i get more curious on related stuff. I'd like to name you Dopamine Guru. Hail the dopamine guru!

I am shocked that anyone could be so aware of such a myriad of such incredibly detailed issues on multiple levels on every aspect of low blood pressure and explain it so clearly without missing a beat. I bet you are a major STAR amongst the cardiac specialist professors. none of the specialists I see have ever explained any of this to me. I do often have issues with low blood pressure but I do not know why it happens. your presentation was amazing. I do try to drink water regularly throughout the day = even if I am just going to the shops or the gym I never forget to bring my large water bottle with me and replenish it if it starts to get low.. What I do know re my low blood pressure is how i feel just before it all goes wrong and I try to sit down or lay down immediately otherwise the next step is I end up fainting and crashing to the floor. have you also done one on heart arrhythmia? someone said there are different types of arrhythmias but none of the specialists have ever told me what type of arrhythmia I have - they just say I have one, and I do not know how or why I got that.

Two years(!) my daughter has gone undiagnosed and this is EXACTLY what we see happening! It took us 6 months to figure out how to reverse it ourselves with salt under the tongue, spoonfuls of honey, chug two full glasses of water, and 'bearing down' during an 'episode'. Takes approximately 25 minutes to come out of an episode (and stop shaking and muscle contraction of hands and feet)' She's completely cognitive throughout and freaked out! It started at 18, after being infected by Cryptosporidium. She already had Neurocardiogenic Syncope discovered at 17 in High school during track club. Noticed her heart rate skyrockets above 200 during stress tests so they stopped them just before syncope. Neurologist ruled out Neurogenic, Endocrinologist has ruled out Diabetes Insipidus, GI ignored us (even though Iron Sat. Is low) & Autonomic Cardiologist says the 'episodes' are not NCG related. All have essentially declared 'This is not my specialty' or as we have lovingly phrased 'Tag! Not it!'. Our family has realized that the NCG condition doesn't help her extreme need for sodium. You literally describe her exact symptoms to a T!! We've found that RNA, along with elevated water and salt intake and a Paleo style diet have somehow lessened her symptoms. Still looking for answers and an eventual diagnosis. Your videos are outstanding and easy enough for even the 'layman'. The body is an Orchestra! SO complex! Harmonious agreement is Essential! This helps us to understand the WHY and hopefully one day find a Doc that learned, and remembers(!) what they learned, that will find us a solution to our daughter's Hypotension 'episodes'. Hypovalemic shock potential on a daily basis is debilitating. She's dropped out of college and just taking one day at a time working toward solutions.

lt doesn't have a lot more views that you and l expect because people are really scared about MEDICAL field believing it is so damn difficult. They rather go to audition for TV talent and reality show.
