You guys should turn off ads for this video. Kinda weird to have to watch ads to install a product I bought from you

I'm about to install this and realized that the way I want to mount this (opposite of how it shows in the video) so static mounted on the right and pushing in when opened will sit flush against the stair railing (which matches perfectly with metal bars incidentally) but...my stair railing gets in the way of the opening! Even if I lower the mounting for the gate to be nearly on the floor. If I mount it opposite, when fully opened, again the railing will cause it to not open a full 90 degrees making for less wide throughway (if I'm carrying large things up or down the stairs). Standing at the top of the stairs looking down, I would like the gate to swing away, not in. This is a major problem. Just wanted to rant.

The gate I purchased is missing one (1) Part F: plastic shoulder washer

The one way stopper piece is too short...

Hi Matt. The one way stop bracket may look to be too short. However, it's not engineered to stop the gate from turning a certain direction by blocking it horizontally. Rather, it prevents the gate from being swung in a certain direction when you lift up the latch to move the gate. There's a lower part of the latch that stopped by the one way stop bracket from being swung in whatever direction the bracket is installed against.

How do I attach the to gate pieces together. The gate lady came separated
