Thanks! Mine fell down (my fault) and I couldn't get it back up to align with the door on it. Thanks for calling out "if you accidentally cut the install zip tie..." With that, my gate is brand new again

Just don't over tighten with the key because then the gate will not self close. I overdid it and when I was trying to loosen it I was afraid I was going the wrong direction and was going to crack it

Is the wall damaged when removing the gate? For example, will the gate put dents in the walls or wood and/or will the finish of the wall be ruined?

Doesn't work between open stair rails. There is not eough ressitance to close the gap, so the latch doesn't work.

What size are the tension bolts bought mine used and doesn't have them

mine seemed kinda wonky but it's acceptable.

I bought the 40.6" gate. I measured my space and between the baseboards is 37 3/8" and the walls at the top are 38 7/8" wide. Using both extensions it doesn't fit. Using the right extension the top bolts extend too far. What do I do? Thanks.

Is there a way to loosen it? Because it won't twist backwards, only tighter 🥲
