This is why I’ve seen guys make comments on social media saying “if she calmly packs your stuff and puts it outside without saying anything then you’re done” vs. “if she throws your stuff out everywhere and yells at you, you still may have a chance”.. Not giving the other person any satisfaction to see how they have affected you can only work to your benefit. Even if it has affected you, don’t let them see or know by any means necessary. Walking away is the most powerful thing you can do. And even though it’ll hurt in the moment, you will grow to be proud of yourself and you will begin to mend your self esteem. No one is worth losing your mind over.

Right, it’s like the top mafia dudes. If you notice the most powerful (Dons) are always cool, calm and collected at all times . They don’t blow up and act crazy and lose control. They are measured and almost business like but yet they are THE most respected and feared. But the little low level gangsters are loud mouthed and have no control over themselves and no one really respects them. I know it’s a weird thing to compare to, but that’s what always comes to my mind when I think of quiet strength compared to out of control loud weakness lol.

I had a few episode (not to cardis extend) but emotional outburst I was ashamed of in a past relationship. I practiced meditation, prayer and I have growned. Things don't move me. I am in control of my emotions and proud. God has led me to what I need. Meditation is the answer. Sadly, cardi is what women can become if they dont take care of themselves and seek the validation and love in others. Great video. Remembering the good times makes it so hard to leave, but ultimately I realized the man I'm meant to be with wouldn't do the disrespectful things at all. The man I will end up with will have all those good qualities without all the disrespect. If it was really meant to be, if the relationship was actually good, you wouldn't be so conflicted. Being in distress, in doubt whether you should stay or go is a sure sign you should leave. When in doubt, stay out.

When I left my ex husband I did it calmly. I NEVER rose to his baiting of me and I came out with my head held high. I feel so proud of myself…was really hard. I’m a nurse and during covid I’d come home from working in ICU and I’d be upset, crying about what I’d seen and he’d say ‘what the hell is wrong with you??’. No empathy AT ALL!

Alex thank you so much for those tips💜🙏 I said it many times and I will say it again, you are a brother I didn't have. You are my mentor in terms of relating/dealing with men. Better later than not at all right. At 46 I'm learning basics I should learn in my teens but I there was nobody to prepare me for tragedy and trauma I experienced in my past with men. My father abandoned us but even when we lived together he wasn't available or said anything nice to me and this reflected in my interactions with men in my adult life. I wish all men who wants to be fathers did a feckin training on how to prepare kids for their adult life. I see half don't care what they are doing and what example they give to their daughters.

I think women need to realize men want more than just a body (physical is important) but having a mind and being in a partnership is just as important. You need to come in from the beginning of when they meet you as stong. That doesn't mean you are controlling it means having the power to walk away. If you have your mind right, your money right you have the upper hand to not stand for that and you can walk away. I took care of my education ended up and meeting a man who originally with me (and still with everyone else but me and my daughter) has a big ego but within 6 month ended up buying us a half million dollar home takes care of me makes sure we have everything we need but IN RETURN I make sure he has everything he needs. All these tips he's giving have worked. Men need to feel validated but validation needs to come from a women they respect for them to belive it.

Cardi B has millions of dollars, has had several surgeries to get the "perfect" body, she makes money in her sleep. She doesn't have to yearn for anything.....but because she doesn't value herself, she allows Offset to continue using her. When she realizes her worth as a woman and starts to love herself, she will be rid of the power he has over her. Believe it or not, some of us women out here, who don't have hundreds, let alone millions who don't have the "perfect" shape know that we are to be respected and loved by the man we choose to gift our love. I'm speaking collectively for women who would not tolerate Offset's behavior. I have never actually been in love, but I do know, that part of the reason for that is that my tolerance for the BS has always been low to none. I haven't had a long term relationship, because I've never met the right person, unfortunately. It's been a lot of years since I've even gone on a date. It's not because I'm "unattractive" per se'. Looks are subjective to how a person defines "beauty". It's different for everyone. I'm aware that there are people who find me "attractive" aesthetically. I'm just not interested in the BS. Cardi B., Beyonce, Rihanna, and other women who appear to have the world at their feet were cheated on. That should tell those women with low self-esteem that it's "crazy" for them to have low self-esteem about their looks based on the fact that they don't look like these women. Emotional unhealthiness is everywhere. It makes you vulnerable and willing to be disrespected and mistreated. Cardi needs to go to therapy and try to heal, without Offset, so she can realize her worth as a woman.
