as a guitarist who's worked on technique and took a pretty huge dive into music theory including things like extended chords, diminished scales, odd time signatures and more I'm pretty dissapointed with whats coming out in the modern era of popular music, most notably all the quantizing, pitch correction and basically the lack of talent coming from these so called "musicians"
