Great build mate, how did the plug n play motor and esc go was there any issues. I'm looking at my first efoil build and this looks like a easier option than a Vesc

Nice work as always. Question for you: how do you make that black filler paste, chopped carbon fiber and epoxy?

Thank you! You can make a differnt type of paste more and less strong using epoxy and other materials like micro balloms, colloidal silica, carbón fiber powder, talc etc. in this video I mix screen printing ink for nylon to get the black colour, epoxy resin and colloidal silica powder I hace a very strong mixture with more density and volume but you can use other pigments , check this link resinpro.es/product-category/colorantes-y-pigmentos/

@@virus_virus Thanks so much for the tips. Got two more questions for you. #1: what do you spray into the 3d printed molds to make them smooth, just paint? #2: I want to make full carbon masts and wings using molds but I am not sure how to properly fill the molds. Should I use few layers of carbon on each side of the mold and then add a mix of resin and chop of carbon fiber/powder to fill the gap and close the mold? Thanks

​ Nico 1 filler primer and varnish 2 you can make it in different ways, it depends the application and foil effort, In my last efoil I will use only carbon fiber tubes inside and laminate each part of molds but its a short mast, I cant tell you the best way for you, you need to learn the best method to get ta good result and this is based on your experience with composites.

virus looks like I have the same setup as you do you use a senseless motor as mine struggles to start up, seems to stutter before deciding to spin! I’ve got the old Maytech receiver not sure if that helps?
