10:39 This is my verdict of this collision. The Blue Ranger (truck) stopped at the stop sign (which we will get back to) and proceeded as their path was clear, when the truck was in motion and in the intersection, the Jeep SUV *failed* to give right of way to the truck, and did nothing to avoid a collision. Even though no sign is in shot, the sign we can see says "ALL WAY" meaning all vehicles need to stop at that intersection. The Jeep is at complete fault for failure to yield, and not taking the "last clear chance" to avoid contact.

Definately a 4 way stop. Been watching that intersection for years. Even saw a cop pull over a car at about 2 am once for running that same stop in the same direction. The small SUV doesn't even touch his/her brakes until impact. Not sure who was honking. Guessing distracted driver; phone etc.

It's a four-way stop. The pickup was at the stop first, so had the right of way. The pickup driver was moving to the left to avoid a collision but the SUV collided with him, instead of braking.

They will come to a stop for over an hour blocking more than one intersection in our small town. No easy route to go around either, especially when on foot or a bike.

@@ViperZero523 I've never seen a stopped train make a sudden move. There's a lot of warning when they start up, and on a single track. Wouldn't be climbing on the coupling, but up and over the steps maybe.

That was the SUV (jeep) fault. The blue truck is there waiting, as the two cars go across the screen @ 10:39 . So it’s automatically next. The SUV (jeep) couldn’t have been before the blue truck because it wasn’t up at the line yet. Couldn’t have been, if the two cars going horizontal across the screen just went across. So I hope that fool gets sued.

Actually in reality the intersection couldn’t handle having a traffic light! True drivers have to pay attention in approach and crossing the intersection, it’s quite safe!

Those are NOT Darwin candidates at 10:30 in Chehalis, WA; there was pleanty of distance, over a block.

With the first Darwin candidate, it was nice if the train did start moving on a bad (good) moment so that he lose his bicycle or on a moment he can't leave the train until the next time the train will stop.

It looked like the person in the Jeep never saw them because there's no indications they even tried to stop. Distracted driver imo.

SUV brake lights didn't come on until after they hit the vehicle. I think that shows it was intentional!
