Thank you for your excellent video. How do I set up my shared photos to send me email updates on comments? I get a brief flash across my screen that says there has been an update, but I have no idea which photo they are referring to. When I scan the photos, there is no indication of a comment unless I open each one individually. Is there any chance we can get the small message icon on the bottom of the thumbnail to light up when there has been an update? Thank you
For what it is worth...I am a fashion photographer, and I have a template setup called "Fashion Shoot" that has 10-"Looks" folders (Look1...Look2...Look3...etc), and a "LightingTestSetup" folder all with "Capture". I then followed something David mentioned in a "Sessions" organizing video, where I use tokens to organize Proofs by "Look" in the "Output" folder.
Excellent video...
RE the GFX camera. As a Canon EOS R6 Mark II shooter I am stunned by how few of the shots had the eye properly in focus. Which has nothing to do with Capture One - which I am seriously thinking of purchasing.

I later see that problem stopped when the R5 was used.
I have a problem when shooting tethered mixed with card. When I import the images, they don't follow the same sequence number than the ones already on the folder... I usually use the naming "name_destiniesfoldername_sequencenumber4digits" (sorry, I translated myself from spanish, I hope you understand which ones are) haha. I can't find the same naming in the import window naming... maybe thats why? is there a way to make it work properly? thanks

You should be able to use the same tokens on import. Could you please drop a line to our tech team at support.captureone.com showing this behavior, so we can take a closer look at the issue?
A bit late to the party here, but can somebody help me out please. At 16.25 David appears to be adding sub-folders to the Capture folder at the speed of light. How is this done (on a Mac)? The only way I know of creating sub-folders is to add a new folder in Finder and then re-naming it before dragging and dropping it into the parent folder. Thanks.

Hey there! Sorry I should have explained. I am just using the shortcut Shift-CMD-N. That makes you a new folder. :). /David

Thanks David, I thought it would be something as simple as that. @@CaptureOne

David is using the standard Mac shortcut Shift-Command-N for creating a new folder there.

Still need ReTether for PhaseOne IQ3 digital backs...

I don't think that will happen, sadly. On the other hand the IQ4 can do a very similar thing to ReTether for a long time. Once you connect a back to a Capture One session with some fresh raw files sitting on a card, it will ask if you want to forward those images into Capture One and then it will pretend that it is capturing those images and hence forwarding them into the Capture folder. I used this trick few years ago during a trip where I forgot to bring a CF Express card reader.
