I play same Spider-Man build and a similar Hunter to that of Johnny's hunter build, I progressed in story to the point where Robbie gets the Parchment of Power and I went to Venom mission right after that. Boy it was a challenge on U3 especially with Spidey as mark focused hero, but the builds are so good that they clutched, especially Spidey in phase 2 and I got it done with 3 star rating (after 2 hours of trying). Damn it felt good xD EDIT: I have been fumbled by how hard it was so I reloaded the save and re-started the mission from mirror table, turns out I've just been dealt reaaaal bad RNG of card draw, beat it 3 stars in 2 turns for venom and 2 turns for phase 2... the RNG Gods' giveth and taketh away ...

As others have said; you've been the binary form to all MS content creators; having transformed my view on many and conceptions of the game and deck building. This game also is slowly gaining steam, no pun intended, with the free weekend/DLCs so, hopefully more flock to your vids! Please do Hunter/Venom vids; but no rush, we all appreciate your hard work. So, don't burn out lol but thanks for it all!

Yep agree 100%. Carol is the best hero in the game for me. An absolute beast. Also enjoy her writing and her banter. My deck with her is as follows: Quick jab with strengthened on KO Quick Jab with draw a card on KO Knee Strike with strengthened on KO One Step Ahead with +1 heroism Rain of Blows with on KO gain block Fist of Radience with additional damage if *not at full health* Supernova no mods Photon Beam with 25% chance to mark I throw some heroism and strength items, and a hunter that helps generate heroism easier and heals. Carol will handle the rest.

Thanks for your videos learned some bits. The only time I didn't agree with you was how you described Nico as she was literally the main character of my 1st run..she carries the team whoever I team her up with in U3 lvl 40 missions as well.

She literally goes Super Saiyan. Also her "Think I can blow up a moon now?" Quote seems to be a reference to Piccolo from DBZ... maybe?

@@Channel5Gaming I played light hunter for my first playthrough but on ng+ switched to dark Hunter and am really enjoying the Dark cards. Would love to see your take on the cards; have enjoyed all these character vids for the mains. Also, I have been quite enjoying how they have made Venom in the game, so hopefully you are able to do a Venom Min/Max Guide as well.

Really loved this series. Really comprehensive guide for each of the characters. Did you happen to get Captain Marvel to 100? I'd love to see her nuke a map. Also did you do guides for the dlc characters? I love to see what you came up with for Storm.

I bought the game a few days ago been having a lot of fun. Immediately noticed Captain Marvel’s potential when I played her binary card for the first time. She’s insane.

I can argue that Dr Strange has the highest ceiling with regards to champion levels. If you notice Major Strength Tonic Overpowered stacks in 1 turn, if you keep stacking that buff on Dr Strange by refreshing combat items, you can essentially give all cards in hand for the duration of the mission +tons of damage with blessing of the vishanti you can get as high as 10 stacks Overpowered with Astral Meditation and Holy Gift from Hunter, you can easily reach 10k damage per card with this combo, so you can basically turn every hero S tier

That's kind of hilarious, but seriously overkill. I tend to rank my heroes based on what they bring to the table without battle items or exploits though. Which is why I ranked Marvel at high A Tier. The fact she scales faster with level, isn't reliant on anything but her own kit. Which is why I love her.

wait, I don't get it how can you overstack it when you can't run more than two of the same skill so you can only restore twice, that means 3 stacks , I mean astral meditation has Exhaust on it so what am I missing?

@@AskZch Holy Gift from Hunter prevents the next card played from being discarded, Astral Meditation won't exhaust if it isn't discarded.

With your builds that run a lot of free skills do you ever struggle generating heroism?

Cheers, love your Midnight Suns content, shame you have to basically nerf your youtube channel by publishing... You deserve far move views ... ( altho I'm selfishly fine with Firaxis not discovering the modding trick until I' m done at least with most heroes :P)

if i learned anything from watching midnight suns videos, it is that every hero has a "worst character", "do not use", recommendation, and the same character has someone else saying "best hero", "my absolute favourite"

Same here, I mean I think overall they did a great job, my only complaint is nico, because of the random aspect of all her cards. Which really just becomes a handicap

really wish they gave her a faux hawk hairdo that female hunter has as an option instead of this ronald reagan style on her right now.

Indeed, the problem with Captain Marvel tanking capability is that she only have one good card for defense : "Bring it on". It is a superb card, but she still needs to be in binary to gain the 2 resist. Also, resist doesnt protect from supervilain hits. So she ends up being a "tank" that you dont want taking damage.
