My fav Captain America artist is actually Steve Mcniven. The guy just took every element of every Cap artist and just made it his own. I love it!

Believe it or not the 80th anniversary cap is based off the art of Alex Ross!
Currently, the top Comic Cap figure seems to be the 80th Anniversary Cap. I haven't bought one yet but I've been eyeing it for a while. However, I do agree with your chosen #1, too. The body's undeniably outdated, but that headsculpt is sublime.
