Recently got approved for the Venture card. Hopefully I can go for the Venture X within the next 12-18 months!

Which card did you decide to apply for?

I enjoyed the video! I currently have a venture one card and was just approved for the venture card Yesterday. I personally find benefit in the middle ground card (VENTURE) because although there is that $95 fee , the mile per dollar is significantly higher than my VENTURE ONE card. And with the 75000 travel miles as you said can definitely offset that annual fee. I believe the venture x is for someone who does do a ton of traveling and can utilize a lot of the credits and benefits. I eventually want to get a venture x but as of now I don’t believe I travel enough to make it offset the $395 yearly fee. The venture x does have other protections that the venture card doesn’t. But the VENTURE CARD has a lot more benefit and protection than the venture one does… In addition for the first year there is a possibility to have these annual fees waived. Not definite but a chance.

Another good one. I really like your methodical, step by step approach. Sadly Capital One is both inquiry sensitive and they have both a one card every six months rule and (apparently) a two Capital Ones cards max rule. Doesn’t apply to co branded cards (or so I’ve been told). All of that said, they have a great checking account, and the Venture X is a beautiful card.

I use a wide range of cards, recently adding the Venture One to my wallet. My goal is to get the Venture X, and I am hoping by my 6 month mark, I will be eligible to get it. I’m already getting invited to the Venture X Business, but I would rather the personal card.

I’m looking to add the Cap One Venture X eventually!

I'm a college student with a savor one card, but I'm looking for a travel card. Is the capital one venture one a good option, or are there better chase cards or others out there?

Venture One, Venture, Chase Sapphire Preferred, Amex Green, Wells Fargo Autograph, Wells Fargo Autograph Journey, Citi Strata Premier are all solid starter travel cards.

So a mile ain’t a mile ? It’s Pennie’s ? That sucks !! I want one that gives me flight miles. Mike for mile . What do I pick ? I can’t afford flights . But I can afford the AirBNB’s like . Don’t do hotels . Too crowded. Thank you 🙏

I’ve had the savor one for a bit and was thinking of getting the venture one. Would I be able to convert rewards from the savor one card to miles in the venture one and transfer to transfer partners.

I know I'm late, but in what ways can we have the 1.85 cents on the venture one? I have the savor one card, which is part of the duo that people love, but I'm not sure if inwill for the Ventrue X as I am still rebuilding my credit. I would love the venture X for lounge access and I travel at least 2x per year.

Transfer partners Sending the miles earned from the card and the cash back > convert to miles using transfer partners is how it’s is done Simple example c1 transfer partners include areoplan Flight cost $200 or 12000 miles if each mile is 1 cent your only paying $120 for a $200 flight giving you the extra value

You can transfer to Capital One's partners with the VentureOne card.
