In this video our boat is surrounded by an all out striped bass Feeding Frenzy in Cape Cod. Bait, Birds, and Stripers Everywhere!! All members of the team as well as our guest all hook up to fish at the same exact time. Join the Catching Zzz's team as they bring along their guest Rob, to catch his first striper of the season. In this episode we take the boat out in the bay and fish a rock jeti and beach that is full of hungry and aggressive schoolies. Watch the crazy top water hits as the stripers slam our lures. Enjoy the video and learn some key techniques and strategies that go along with striped bass fishing including how to pick the best spot, which lures to use when, how to maneuver a boat and how to catch and land spring stripers. Mid June is great fishing for the canal and is when the largest of the stripers are migrating through cape after the schoolies. Mackerel brings in the big bass especially in the canal. Full and new moons elevate the fishing activity for sure!
