I have Big problems with my printer. It shows everytime Error E03. But there is No paper in it

I had that problem, It was paper that was not perfectly straight. I added newer paper and it worked fine. My dad loaded old paper that became warped over time. After loading straighter, newer paper it worked fine. Hope this helps you.

Note to people - this video doesn't show the scan function, but rather the photocopy function. I'm not entirely sure how to just scan an image and save it on my PC from this device, as the controls are unintuitive, and the printed manual is pretty useless too. You get what you pay for, I guess, and I'm not even sure this is worth the £30 I just paid...

Thanks for your comment. Well it has to scan it first before producing the photocopy, but I know what you mean. I haven’t personally ever “scanned” anything from this printer. Have you tried camscanner apps on your mobile?

@@TechTravelFinance "scanning" is the name for the method to get an existing physical image into a digital format, whereas *photocopying* is immediately using said digital reproduction to produce another physical copy, which is what this printer is doing. I suspect it probably *does* have scanning functions - I'm just disappointed there's no straightforward way to deduce it from the device's interface itself.

@@TechTravelFinance I haven't tried any apps from my mobile yet, because their terrible app kept crashing upon install, so who know if that's the answer :P It's shameful, what we've allowed printer manufacturers to get away with.

That's bs I can figure all this out myself. What I can't do is connect the F thing it says print info for IP addy did that nothing shows across from ip addy it's a pos from a decade ago.

Useless video - you don't make the difference between scan and copy...

Simply does not work! There is NO way this printer connects to wifi now. It stopped dead one day-lost the wifi and now have to try cable only printer-otherwise this stupid useless printer will be scrapped! Failed after just 6 months!! :( There is nothing wrong with my network-it is just a terrible piece of hardware not fit for use-last ever time I buy any Canon printer!

Hi Mark, I am really sorry to hear your unfortunate experience. I hope that a resolution can be reached in your case. Our one has been working fine touchwood. We may have to give it away as next week my partner and I are moving to Dubai from London.

I had the same issue. The solution was to disable the antivirus software during the setup process. This was not mentioned in the manual or the setup screen instructions at all.

you are right, Canon printers became even worst than cheap unknown brands printers. My Canon pixma ts3350 sometimes does not print, sometimes does not scan. The display often keeps changing numbers or "c" light always spins..... I will never spend 1€ on a Canon print anymore....

Hi Colin, thanks for your comment. I haven't yet figured out how to print from mobile lol (not sure is that a feature of this printer and my mobile from 2017)

do not buy cannon! be carrefull!!!!
