Do you know why it would not "save" to the file indicated when I click "convert (from raw to JPG) and save?

@@msdressageistodance Thanks for the comment, I am not 100% what you are asking. When you convert and save you have to set all the parameters and also where it must be saved to. If that is not working, I would make sure the software is up to date or re-install it. Hope that makes sense

i am trying to save images at full quality, but for some reason it says dpp cannot write to file, no matter which file i choose. I made sure it has access to all my photos and files, what is going on?

Andrew, I hope you might be able to help me. When I export my pictures for DPP-4 it has a thumbnail of the picture in the upper left corner. I don't know how to fix this. Thank you Warren

Hello Warren, do you mean when you "Convert and Save". Also where is the thumbnail, which left corner

@@AndrewAveley Yes Andrew, when I save and export to a folder and then upload to Facebook. After it loads to a group it has a thumbnail in the upper left corner. Oddly it only happens if it's a TIFF format.

@@warrenwalters4245 hello there, can you send me a screen shot or a link ? It may be that your file is to large for FB if you are using a tiff file. Have you tried what I have suggest in my video ?
