I think that the normal connon is meant for low-health, numerous troops, whereas the burst one is meant for tanky troops and heroes. This explains why it is unlocked at town hall 7 with the barbarian king.

In my opinion, it depends on your base. Examine your base and try to make out where a person would start a Queen Walk (since that is where Burst Cannons will be most useful). If you still can't make out where a player would start a Queen Walk on your base, go to replays and see. Then, upgrade the cannon which is closest to the side where the Queen Walk begins. Then you'll be good.

I think it depends more on the base design some base designs can make use out of it while others are just not designed for it to get value.

By the looks of it, both are worth upgrading, it's just the part we need overall defenses to cooperate.

My one critique of this test is regular cannons have the advantage of range but it didn't seem like you used it. I think if you could place the troops right outside the range and then let them run in then we can fairly say short range fast firing or long range slower. Otherwise great video! 👍

Double Cannon is not worth it if, the target is squishy and mass. But, worth it if about troops had a lot of lives. Cannon had more attack speed and better to the mass troops than Double Cannon. But Cannon is squishy if, troops are tanky.

This taught me more about how strong super barbs are than how the cannons are different

Seems like a graph of the value would be a wave, where the Cannon is typically more useful because of its consistent fire rate and the delay between bursts of the GU Cannon. If it syncs up right, the GU Cannon does more damage from its bursts, but the normal Cannon kind of makes up the difference in the time between GU's bursts.

I would prefer the non-geared up cannons would be near the th because many troops gather around the th in the end of the battle. We should use the geared up in the outskirts of the base because some single troops manage to go near the cannon. (especially giants). Also, like the gun-named guy said, people nowadays are attacking only with e-drags,so I would prefer upgrading the Air defenses and archer towers,etc. So,my opinion is to gear- up sone of the cannons in the outskirts of the village while others can be the long range cannons near the th. My personal opinion. Sorry for such a long comment😅😅

Double is better it does more damage plus all of your cannons are all level single it’s just one you can put it at second

Geared cannon is good for single target, but the classic cannon is good for single and also good for long range. I prefer geared for early and long range for endgame

Eh it's worth it. Some layouts would benefit from double cannon. Plus you can always change it back to regular cannon. Same can be said to archer tower and mortar

Do a series of this with different geared up towers

So the shingles shot canon only fire one round for second but it has a longer range and uses one cannonball per unit And the double cannon does twice the damage but has shorter range and fires one salvo of cannons at one single unit So I recommend having the double cannon near the Townhall and the single shot cannon kind of away from your Townhall so the long range Canon has a better chance of getting units before they come in

I think it's worth it bcs you always have a few normal ones as well. Then you have a double cannon that damages strong troops more and the rest can take more small troops at once.

*4:35* Of course it is!!! My boy dual cannon is the best! I am not an idiot, though I happily funded the cannon gear up project. I am also a fan of builder base and it's defenses, so a dual cannon, speedy Watchtower and triple mortar are a no brainer for me :D!

In my opinion it depends a lot of the strategy you are using. Gearing up adds more variety to that. Doble barrel cannons can do pretty well against pekkas, golens and other tanky units if they are properly defended. Multi mortars have better acurracy and start shooting immediately so you can't just ignore them with well timed fast units. Gear up Archers are the most useless one bc they are terrible against flying units. They have the same 5 tiles range of the doble cannons and are basically a better version of it since it can switch between targets very well. Despite making a base good against ground units, im not sure if is worth having one less archer to work on dragons and ballons at distance. If you want to have one i recomend having both of your xbow on flying target mode.
