Let me exclude this from a perspective. Even though the healer can not fight, we must expect her to do so to make this fight fair. It's like saying every man vs woman in a school fights with each other to see who wins, but excluding children in wheelchairs because they can't fight. Even though it may sound emotionally right, logically speaking it was every male vs female troop. This was the premise of the game however from the title, it just says female vs male troops. So to make all the troops fight would be unfair because different troops are good in different things. Wall breakers can easily break more troops then other troops or healers can easily heal more troops than other troops.

It doesn't really matter. If you remove wall breakers and healers, the female troops win it (without adding in the extra troops at the end)

I was thinking the same thing, but the wall breakers did 5% so they did some damage. However, if you exclude them and the healers the female troops still take it. 423%/8 = 52.875% and 1265%/25 = 50.6%. Since there are nearly 3x as many male troops as female troops, removing an underperforming female troop has nearly 3x as much impact on the average as removing an underperforming male troop.
