hey girly, first just wanted to say that i’m super happy for you that you’ve been feeling better in your own skin and living a healthier lifestyle! please just be careful though with your thoughts and behaviors surrounding losing weight and and labeling food “good/bad” because it’s so much easier than it seems for a good intention of being healthy to turn into eating disordered behaviors. i am in no way trying to be negative, i just wanted to mention that as you seem like an extremely sweet and amazing person and speaking as someone who has had a history of disordered eating, it’s definitely a road you don’t want to go down. but overall, happy for you and just remember that everything is good in moderation💓

Some good that is going on in my life is just becoming closer to my family. Before quarantine, all my family members and I were really busy. Now quarantine slowed our lives down in a little bit, and we’ve gotten closer as a family! 💜🤍

Watching your videos always makes me super happy but right now it’s actually pretty hard for me in my personal life. I recently put in a 2 week notice for my job because it’s been super stressing and putting a toll on my mental health and I hate waking up every morning going somewhere I absolutely resent so I decided to leave so that I could clear my head and do what’s best for me right now and for my future, I hope you can take the time out to wish me luck in my future endeavors as I do yours✨✨✨

Emily,,, super proud of you and your weight loss. But some of the things you’re talking about sounds like eating disorder behavior. We love you and want you to be healthy. But realistically if you got the biggest thing on the menu you would’nt even gain 2 pounds let alone 10. Please be safe. It’s okay to eat what you want in moderation

I agree that it is fine to eat things sometimes in moderation, but it doesn’t sound like she has an eating disorder. She said she was eating healthy. And let’s face it- Raising Cane’s is so good but full of fat and calories!

I’ve never tried canes but I love Huey magoos but feel like it looks so good!!

I’ve been having a really rough few weeks, I live in NY (upstate) so our cases are currently super low which is good and that makes me happy but I hate seeing other states numbers rising, New York had the worst numbers in the beginning and now we’re one of the best, so PSA to everyone, please wear a mask when you are out I know it’s annoying but we only had 34 new cases in Upstate NY yesterday that’s HUGE at one point we were in the thousands especially in the county I live in, the longer you refuse to wear a mask the longer these precautions will be in place.

i think i’m going to disney springs this weekend and i’m very excited, and it makes me very happy ☺️💕 (will be wearing a mask and social distancing don’t worry!)

There is a canes in Mobile, AL which is quite far from Orlando but I do know there is one there!
