emily emily! if you never get your luggage you can get some money for the "damaged goods" i believe.

I’m sorry I know you’re trying to be positive about the luggage but absolutely not you need to be more demanding bc there is no excuse for them never getting your property back to you just because your flights were messed up. That needs to be fixed immediately there is no excuse for them just claiming they can’t get it to you at all
