In what was the 2nd overall match to start the 1996-1997 season of Stars & Strikes, this program featured Jack Ray going for two wins in a row, after defeating George Ashley the week before. Glenn LeBlanc would be his opponent, who was making his first appearance on the program in over 4 1/2 years.
This match really went back and forth, with one of the bowlers REALLY putting on a spectacle down the stretch that led to some VERY high scoring and great shot making too.
