If you think about it, many great things were created out of pain. Great writings as well. In my mother's death, I knew it would crush me, if I didn't shift my mind to seeing it other than it was. I immediately went out the next morning and made all day the day of anyone I encountered that needed help. I do help others daly anyway, but for me, this day was different. All I asked for was them to say her name in a prayer or good vibe. It was the best thing I could've done. I just felt my mother saw me, was with me at it. Later in the year I had a psychic read and more since. One message came across that she saw/sees me, and she can't get over how faithful to her I still remain. I felt flooded with amazing warmth. I still see it that way; like she never left me. Somehow I spared self the ultimate grief of loss. I have lost nothing, and gained so much. Bc of that exp. I can see what I hadn't fully before. It opened some kind of door to the hidden from most. Keep your mind open to all bc it is to your own benefit.

Thanks for the advices. I resonate here, I m cancer. I m still deeply in love with my BF, near to obsessed because it's unfinished strong love relationship which he brutally terminated without explaining. A third party is involved. He was top deeply in love too but his family reality called him back. I m in spiral of depressing indeed because can't let go as over. So it's a daily burden. I intend to reach him by a letter just for my peace of mind, to get a proper closure from this man. I pray he will respond so I can process the emotions, my own mind and toxic daily thoughts related to this relationship. You are right, he has an escape behaviour. Sad to witness an end of love relationship where both love each other and care. It's very overwhelming. Need to know my worth and look after me. But it's really hard.
