Early stage cancer in 1st/2nd stages is curable in most patients. However, exact assessment can be made depending on many factors like extent of spread of cancer, response to treatment, general condition of patient, tolerability to treatment, tumour histology, etc

This could be due to side effects of radiation therapy which usually take few months to reduce significantly. However, in case your pain was absent or low for the last few months and has flared up recently, it will be better to follow up with your radiation oncologist to investigate the reason for this new pain.

For stage 4, radiation will reduce size of the disease, decrease symptoms and slow down the speed of spread of cancer for sometime. But it's not entirely curable.

मुझे Lugs Cancer है यह मुझे 8 महीने पहले पता चला था। फिर मेरी 7 कीमो और 33 रेडीशयन हुई। फिर 3 महीने बाद मैंने Pet Scan करवाया तो कम हो गया परन्तु 3 महीने बाद फिर टेस्ट करवाया तो कैंसर बढ़ गया और थोड़ा Liver में भी आ गया। अब फिर से मेरी कीमो हो रही है पता नहीं ठीक होगा या नहीं ????? आप बताएं मेरा लंग्स कैंसर ठीक हो जाएगा या नही 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@@abhishekpandit032 भाई अब ठीक है शायद एक दो दिन में कीमो होगी 🙏 धन्यवाद भाई जी।🙏🙏 मैंने राजस्थान से देसी दवाई खाई थी सिर्फ चार दिन उस दवाई से मेरे खून में TLC सिर्फ 1400और Platelet सिर्फ 10,000 ही रह गई तब मैंने देसी दवाई बन्द कर दी। मुझे पांच प्लाज्मा चढ़े और सोरबीडीयोल के छः इजैकशन चढाए तब जाकर में ठीक हुआ।15 - 20 दिन मेरी हालत बहुत गंभीर हो गई थी मुझे लगने लगा कि शायद मैं नहीं बचूंगा पर भगवान की कृपा से अब ठीक हूं।🙏🙏

Kindly watch this video from 04:40 onwards. Nowadays, there are options like immunotherapy, targeted therapy, etc. which may increase the life and improve quality of life of such patients, depending upon the site/histopathology of cancer and the general condition of the patient. Also, consultation with a palliative medicine specialist is recommended.

हर पेशंट के लिए कैंसर की स्टेज, कौनसा और कहाँ का कैंसर है, पेशंट की उम्र, शारीरिक शक्ति कैसी है, वगैरह के आधार पर अलग अलग तरह का इलाज किया जाता है. सबका खर्च अलग होता है.

Yes, patient can become a mother after treatment completion. Kindly see your oncologist for further details. There is no harm in patient having a physical relationship anytime, if patient is fit.

@@Rohit-kb5yb Surgery for early stages of cancer does not decrease the life expectancy of the patient. Also, surgery can cure early-stage skin cancer.

Any treatment done for stage 4 cancer can increase the life span of the patient to a certain extent, depending upon the histopathology of the cancer/ response to treatment/general condition of the patient.
