Mam my mother in law is suffering from 3rd stage breast cancer. The stage was 2nd but I was going CMC Vellore there was very late treatment due to this stage is 3 now but non metastatic. Mam, My relatives NGS report has been processed and results are here- TP53 mutations have been reported in various solid tumors including high grade sarcomas. These mutations have been associated with enhanced proliferation and invasion and hence an aggressive phenotype. In few studies, pazopanib has been shown to marginally increase progression free survival in advanced TP53 mutant advanced sarcomas. Therapies considering reconstruction of P53 mediated pathways are in various phases of clinical trials. What should be done for TP53 mutation, is there any treatment option available for this. kindly reply mam... The type of Cancer is LMS, it's high grade, stage IV

colon cancer gone to liver is stage four cancer however it is very much possible to do chemotherapy followed by surgery for colon and liver and help to improve the outcome.

Hello Doctor my wife (age 32) is diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and it has spreaded to liver (there are minor spots seen in the liver ) . The type of cancer is as per biopsy is poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, she has been given 3 chemotherapy (Gemzar) and further chemo will go on but after 3 chemo her symptoms are really reduced also her pain is less can we expect that the chemotherapy is working well and in future we can go with wipple procedure if so then is there a chance of complete cure in her case

I would suggest if chemo is working well continue this . Surgery should not be considered in patients with liver metastases even if responding well. You should also consider testing for her2 , NGS and BRCA for exploring additional options

My wife is no more, with us she expired just 2.5 months after diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. What we thought the major reason is liver biopsy , because they have done the biopsy it spread very fast and the reason of her death

Hello mam meri age 32 h, two child hai 10 year and 5 year. Muje five year se right breast me pain hota h kbhi kbhi jeae six month me ya fir 3 months me ek time wo bhi kuch seconda k liye, wo bhi chhune pr behut time baad. Namaste ma'am, my sister is suffering from ovarian cancer, recent report positive for malignancy and adenocarcinoma . Dr. Started chemotherapy 1st chemo has done. She is 51 now, please suggest me what can we do to help my sister.

Namaskar Chemotherapy followed by surgery and then continuation of further chemo therapy should be done . Also at time of surgery , option of HIPEC should be discussed . Ovarian cancer could be genetic so in blood there is a test by the name of BRCA , it should be done as well

मेम good evening मेरे पिता जी को डॉ के अनुसार metastasia स्टेज 4कैंसर है जो किडनी से हड्डियों मे फ़ैल गया है उम्र 74ईयर है बोला इसका इलाज संभव नहीं है कुछ सजेसन दे.

Kidney cancer main immunotherapy and targeted therapy achha kaam karta hai .. aur aajkal low dose main bhi good reponses are seen . That also makes therapy affordable .. aap apne shahar ke medical oncologist se mil lijiye

kya radiation therapy se metastasis hota hai ? oral cancer ki surgery ke baad mein radiation therapy di gayi aur baad mein lung metastasis and bone metastasis hogaya jo pehle nahi tha
