Ran this years goal race, the Canadian Death Race in Grande Cache, AB. 118 kms with 5000 meters of ascent. I ran this event in 2019 and was curious to see how it would go 4 years later; it went well and my body did what I asked of it with little complaint. Four runners from Prince George soloed the event, alas only 2 finished the course. Really enjoyed meeting new runners on the trail and sharing in their adventure and stories. Course conditions were good. A day in the mountains. Finished in 19:50:44. Fun to run all day and night once in a while. Thanks to the wonderful volunteers who turned out, you guys were superb!
