A runner from Prince George, I enjoy making videos of my activities as a way to chronicle and share the highlights. There's a balance between taking the time to capture the images or to just enjoy the experience. As well photos and videos never quite capture the beauty of these places but it's fun trying.

ouch that fall must have hurt, looks very steep, i haven't been all tnhe way up the murrays yet, thanks for sharing
Smacked my elbow, tore my gortex windbreaker and drew a little blood but I'll live to fight another day 🙂 Thing is up there, too windy for helicopter and pretty inaccessible for SARS, so really need to be hyper vigilant to avoid being put in a bad spot.
