@@ghostsheepy. Eleanor is not bilingual in-game, she just speaks Occitan, a dialect from southern France, which is close to Spanish and even more direct to Latin than French is nowadays.

Henri, Catherine, and Gandhi are in bilingual team

During my last run playing as America I came across Canada in the ancient era on a huge true start earth map and since they were settling in critical resource spots and competition for land was tight on the continent I had no choice but to completely conquer them. Then I saw the defeat screen and it was one of the few defeat screens that actually made me feel bad in the moment. Anyways, with a bunch of new cities from the war my dominance of the continent and path to victory was set. But as I propelled into future eras on my way towards victory Canada’s theme song would occasionally start playing, forever stuck in the ancient era, reminding me of those acts that were committed ages ago. After a while I led the world in culture, tourism, and science. Wars and rivalries with other nations occurred, and all battles were won. But in the end I ended the game on a diplomatic victory, just thinking “this is what Wilfrid would have wanted”.

Before they had Canada, there were the Cree... Would be interesting to see Fireaxis add Chile then, knowing the Mapuche are in the game. I heard there's a Chile mod with President Pedro Aguirre Cerda as leader, but I found his subtittles a bit off.

@@ikigaofficial And personaly, I agree with the choice of President Pedro Aguirre Cerda, with the boost he gave to education by founding schools, giving more jobs to teachers and standardrizing primary education to fight poverty ; the claim of the Chilean Antarctic Territory, and the founding of the Corporation for the Promotion of Production (CORFO) which set an an attempt to become a developed nation through steel production, something hindered with the supposed good idea of replacing imports with local production, which frankly was a joke around 1938. And it wasn't Aguirre Cerda's fault, but his cabinet. He was the first leader to set foot on the Antartic and also the first and only teacher, who was also a lawyer and philosophy professor, to become Head of State still beloved to this day. There are a bunch of schools named after him and a commune in Santiago with his name. Because of this, I would suggest Chile's agenda as the next: having more than two campus districts, liking civilizations that also have two or more, and disliking those who have none or only one. And when is about the subtitles, hope someone makes him sound pompous as a lawyer and teacher would, not as a grocery store owner judging by the redaction. The modder could had used some assistance xD As far I know, Mr. Aguirre Cerda was somewhat like in-game's Roosevelt and Wilfred Laurier combined when it was about talking to the general public, with the touch of a teacher 😁

Eduardo González thanks for sharing. Looks and sounds like a good guy president but his presidential term was pretty short ngl. Agenda for district hmm there seems to be one leader in civ vi who prefers that but not specifically on campus tho (if memory serves). What about science research agenda; on par or in advanced than Chile for approval while lower than Chile as disapproval. Yours idea in general has no problem for me, am just try to be vaguely creative 😅👌🏻

@@ikigaofficial Yeah, science research agenda sounds pretty much better and fits perfectly, focused on number of campus as irl President Aguirre Cerda opened many schools himself. His motto was 'to govern is to educate', something he put into practice accordingly. The subtiles and voiced stuff... Knowing he was somewhat pompous we would get something like this, following your video style: Chile Leader: President Pedro Aguirre Cerda Greeting: 'On behalf of Chile and our people, I, President Pedro Aguirre Cerda, welcome you. May our people learn valuable virtues from each other' Agenda Aproved (having par or advanced science research, accordingly to the number of campus districts) : 'I see you take seriously the role of educating your people through governing. Btw, there're science based agenda leader already 😅😅 Seondeok (Korea): Tries to build up Science Science, and likes those that also focus on Science Science. Dislikes civilizations with a weak Science Science output. Peter (Russia): Likes civilizations that are ahead of him in Science Science and Culture Culture. Dislikes civilizations that are lagging in Science Science and Culture Culture. I really like how they made him look. In Civ 6, unfortunately, many leaders look creepy, weird and/or like an outright caricature of who they are supposed to be. As such, I'm really happy that Laurier looks... Well, just normal, and really good. I'm not even Canadian myself, but I have familiy there, and I love the place :D

The world is a huge place not just US, UK and Canada 😅 Just Canada alone has over 250 ethnic origins. While today Canada has 2 official languages aka French and English but there're also 60 Indigenous languages spoken within the country.
