I saw the view numbers on the KZread live feed during Cleetus's first run and the views on His own channel. It surpassed the SST channel's numbers by a factor of 10 or 20 times. Robby inviting KZreadrs to fill out the field is pretty ingenious. People that knew nothing or little of the SSTs are suddenly all in. Looking forward to both Daves participating in the future.

Robby Gordon did a smart thing bringing some youtubers into this, I've always loved SST but they do need some new places to take those trucks.

Agree on both these comments. I only was vaguely aware or the sport until recently. And a Bristol dirt/asphalt infield, then asphalt cleetus race every year would be cool.

I tell you what, I wish Cletus had interviewed Robbie like you did. That was fascinating, I had no idea the entire process behind the trucks. Very cool !!

Maybe one of the best recaps of the race of all the KZreadrs. Great job on showing Robby's program and shop.

My older brother is an executive with General Motors and has met all the drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson, all of the big guys but said that Robbie Gordon was one of the nicest most approachable guys in NASCAR. he said that Robbie Gordon was the most down to earth guys and felt like he had known him forever.

I was like wait a minute, I drive pass this track at least once or twice a week.

Been a huge fan of SST for years now. Thank you for bringing to more people's attention. The trucks sound so amazing and look like a blast to drive. Real racing. The sky is the limit with this sport with track layouts and other variables. The trucks are the real stars. Just amazing pieces of machinery.

I feel like Cleetus is single handedly bringing back IROC racing in his own way. It's really cool to see all these content creators coming together to make a whole new setup of motorsport!

IROC racing was some of the best racing I had ever watched. SST's and Tony Stewarts SRX series are the best drivers series out there.

cleetus didnt make that racing league with the short course cars. he allowed them to use the freedom factories track. he didnt create that.

This was an EPIC video!! As are all the other video’s! Both Dave’s looked like they had a lot of fun!!! The part when Diesel Dave came out of the camper laughing and they replayed his laugh and put in the chicken picture had me dying!!!!!

My neighbor's Jon and Eric Nelson from Mickey Thompsom fame built and ran "Spec Truck Series" in Calif. back in the 90's. Similar deal. Really cool way to go race.

The editing and content of this video is the most professional I think I have ever seen from a KZreadr. What a great job!!!

Robby Gordon is THE racing legend in my opinion because of all his Baja 1000 racing. The 1000 has to be the the craziest and hardest racing. There is a good movie on the Baja called Dust to glory the documents all the different classes.

Definitely a hold my beer type of racing. I hope you compete the whole season. Great racing and I'm hooked. Go get some more!

What a relief the first time i seen SuperTruck racing back in the early years I was mind blown. Stadium Supertuck racing is where its at!!

Because HeavyD is independently well off/wealthy and can afford all sorts of toys and tools ( AFAIK all through hard work and getting shit done, not trying to throw shade ) . The average person watching this doesn't have anywhere near that kind of cash or backing. And Nascar has billions behind it with super wealthy companies more or less running things. No amount of hard work is gonna overcome that

would be cool if say Cleet and Dave or maybe Cleet and someone else went in on a Nascar team for shits and giggles. i love Cleeter and Dave but either of them just hopping in a Nascar would be downright sketchy if not straight up a danger/liability to the experienced drivers on the track.... kind of like if they just tried hopping in an F1 car, it wouldnt even be cool just straight dangerous

What an awesome idea for good close racing. Really loved the dive into how the series is ran, the opposite aero does seem to tighten the racing up on fast tracks.

Absolutely awesome ! I'm 67 years old I remember Robby Gordon when he was running dirt bikes AMA which I did myself also I remember Robbie Gordon running Indy 500 went to watch him several times and watched him run NASCAR. Robbie Gordon is a great guy a awesome to talk to.

I prefer the KZread racing that Cleetus McFarland organizes over any professional series. It’s so damn fun to watch. And I actually care about the drivers I root for.

You can race everything!! Here down under we’re racing utilities like Rangers, Colorados, Mitsubishi an Isuzu. Be mindful tho these are the 4.2 litre 4Cyl turbos

Heavy D doesnt live a bucket list life, he puts in the effort to be able to do what he wants to, when he wants to. My school clothes came from the pile of clothes the local charities and thrift stores didn't want. My lunch at school was usually crackers and water. I pushed myself day after day, focused on being more than where I came from, and now, 30 years from when I first realized I didn't want to live the same life my dad and grandparents lived, I don't. I own everything I have. My properties, vehicles, and more are all paid for, and I paid for it all thru my hard work, effort and determination. But, please tell me again how we're in a recession and doing things like this aren't possible for a lot of people, cuz if I can do it, ANYONE CAN.

Welcome to my city and state, Bristol, TN. I'm about 5 minutes away from the speedway... I can hear them start their engines where I live it's awesome. We used to go to the races till it got so unaffordable

I remember years ago during Toronto's CNE, there was scheduled drag boat races on the waterfront. of course, I was pumped, ready to see roaring, blown injected hemi's and big block chevies square off against each other. Of course the event was cancelled, and replaced with city councillors in "bath tub races"...in other words, local politicians competing with 4 hp motors and little "bathtub dingies". A good time was had by all, except me. I didn't go. I was pissed.

Nascar had become a soap opera at least you guys are real. Real dudes and chicks broken parts real stories and problems. And we don't have some bs network shoving what they want down our throats. D you guys are awesome I hope you enjoyed being in our little town of bristol.and we can't wait to have you back

I seriously enjoy all your videos, but this by far was the coolest one for me! Been a NASCAR fan for 25 years. Used to party in the infield at California Speedway with mutual friends of Robbie Gordon. He'd come by every year. What a guy! I still have my spot in California but now live in Arkansas. I WILL be going to one of these races for sure!! What a blast!

Robby Gordon is the only race car driver to be blatantly robbed of race wins on television by IndyCar, NASCAR and the Paris/Dakar, and all by the race officials. i am very glad to see him be so successful with his own venture into building a racing series.

Anything beats NASCAR. That hasn’t been real racing since the 60’s before they started banning engines the other manufacturers couldn’t compete with. Now with teams allowing one driver to hold back so another driver will win, they have forfeited the right to be a “racing “ organization. Lawnmower races are more competitive than NASCAR.
