Lets go!!!!
Just recently discovered your channel and subscribed after viewing several videos as well as following on Instagram. Good content. I’ve been into fitness and healthy eating for over 10 years and had gotten off track after hip arthritis, a deteriorating disc combined with the covid situation sidelined my active living and poor eating habits soon followed because of the depression effect of it all. Past several months I’ve been getting back to it with calorie tracking, lighter weights and walking since I can no longer run. I’m slowly seeing changes in the mirror and scale. I like the positive message you are putting out there. I know from personal experience with fitness that weight loss isn’t about perfection, it’s about staying the course, not letting the feeling of defeat for a weekend of ‘bad’ eating make you want to give up. Or situations like the pandemic or physical obstacles. Change will come.
Keep on doing the walk and talk!I enjoyed them and all the great info
You give out the best info. I have been watching health and fitness for 3 years now and its the first time i heard about the calorie burn split %. Its good to know that a majority of it comes from bmr. And i am looking forward to the podcasts!
You’re so right, walking is my zen time! 💕 always! Love getting out and walking! Thank you these walk n talks have been fun!

I really thought that you were going to hit the sign. Thank you for the videos and walk and talks.
I always sit down when im at the park with my kids now im motivated to walk and not sit down no more 😊 thanks for these walk and talks !!!!!!
I love your walk and talks. Will miss them.
And your videos are the reason I started walking 5 mile day.
Your capability and coordination to walk backwards baffles me 🤣 I would of busted my ass
I have been a life long walker. It’s me time. Try to get at least 10,000 steps a day. Yes, it is an awesome way to stay in shape. 🙌
I like the walk and talks.Your walking and I like the talks and info
Do more of these
I don't even count "calories burned" throughout the day because I thought my daily calorie count already included 3-5 days of exercise anyway. Am I doing that all wrong? (10,000+ steps a day or at least it's a daily 7 day Average on lower step days and about 30 minutes of strength training)
So if you are walking each day...and doing weights 3-4 times a week...should you add 2 cardio sessions on top of that?
Where are you walking? It looks familiar. Are you in Virginia?
I walk 5 miles a days, everyday
Ahha im first!
