    Hi Eric, I came back to re-listen to this about the digestive enzymes. Can you help me locate which ones you suggest? I have been eating healthy and I don’t do fast food or fried food, but I do end up with the bloated feeling after eating sometimes. I’m not sure which foods are causing it. I should start a journal to keep track.... but it’s a very uncomfortable feeling and I was thinking about trying a digestive enzyme to see if it will help? Thanks

    Thank you much...Great information I was wondering about creatine and now I now know I don't need it. I do lift weights 4 days and looking to gain more muscle tone, but don't want the bulkyness.

    Did bloodwork last month and my vitamin D was at 17! Dr told me to take 5k dose. Definitely feeling better already. Down 20lb since New Years 😋

    Hey Eric! My doctor literally last week, "prescribed" 400 mg of magnesium, Vitamin D 2000IU, Excercise at least 3 times a week and breathing excercises...all this to help with weightloss and better sleep...thanks for the tip on taking the vit D with some fat😁.#pancakesyrupgang

    I can weigh in on this. The research out there says that your body absorbs it better when you chew it up. A lot of time with pills you may digest it so fast before it releases. The one thing to look at is the dosing. A lot of times gummy vitamins are lower in dose versus a pill because how its created.

    in terms of it making a difference it would depend on the dosing. usually pills are higher in dosing :) other than that, both fine!
