Speak up for yourself and save yourself. The only thing I can equate to what I have felt is sleep paralysis.. feeling useless, wanting to scream but you physically can’t, you’re being held back and there’s nothing to do, until you figure out YOU ARE IMPORTANT AND MATTER. Also understand EVERYTHING your feeling is normal. Do not let ANYONE tell you different. We die and are reborn in the many chapters of our lifetime.

You do get to choose who you give a chance to care about you! All you can do is keep giving people chances and I hope you will get the same energy back if not more There might be the what if I get disappointed again? But what if it will be better than you ever imagined?

Maybe you have to reach out to different people, maybe you have to reach out to yourself or maybe there are other ways? Who knows? You might ask yourself why? What if I get disappointed again? But what if the next time will change your life forever? What if it is better than you ever imagined? That being said. I hope you will soon find the thing you are looking for and I am proud of you! Well I am hoping for you to have the most amazing life before the eternal end arrives. Might as well enjoy the “waiting” period. F*ck around, be happy, be sad, laugh, cry just make sure to be open for all the experiences. Otherwise waiting will be boring as hell I am going through my own shit and believe me it aint fun, but I still am going to try to enjoy this shit and inbetween the sad moments I do have honest moments of joy and you also deserve that and much more

@@contrafax yeah I do understand that, believing in things is a weird concept because all you can do is trust I don’t know what you are going through good and bad but I do have faith that you will find a way to handle whatever comes on your path And if you don’t I hope you will be able to ask for help even if it is on the internet :)

I have had the hardest year of my life, i thought by now i would know better. I guess i just wanted to be loved and accepted. So i isolate.....that is how i cope. I wish someone could tell me what to do next 😕
