Can you get phone calls in the Apple Vision Pro?

The Apple Vision Pro can do many things, but one curious question is why can't you get phone calls in the headset from non-apple friends and family? You didn't know? Well here are some thoughts..

This is not limited to incoming calls from Android devices. You can’t receive phone calls (not FaceTime calls) from iPhones, either. My daughter called me while I was using the Vision Pro, and I had to use the speaker on my iPhone to talk to her. Hopefully Apple will address this in a future version of VisionOS.
Man... sort of ridiculous that they didn't ship with this capability. Oh well, the device is still young. I'm sure it'll get this and a lot more functionality added to it over time.

Definitely. It feels like Apple had to get this out to market sooner than later. When you consider all of the R&D, better to get it out into the wild now in order to polish the more accessible consumer hardware. It's really marvelous tech.
Really? I didn’t realise that. I would have expected to be able to take a call in AVP as one does between ipad, watch, Mac, etc.

If you can except wifi calls on iPad, then I assume they'll add this feature soon,
