Can you eat an electric eel?

Ғылым және технология

A huge electric eel. Filmed during our wildlife surveys on the Sucusari River, Rio Napo, Peru.
I guess this is my first video in the 'catch and cook' genre!

Eel is one the best electrifying protein out there, folks! My recipe: Lemon grasses, garlic, green onions, basil leafs, mint leafs, red peppers, salt and mushroom seasoning on eel meat add 1/2 cup water then you wrap it with banana leaf. You put it next to camp fire for 20 minutes. 🤤😊
