    1/4th? It's about your body weight x how many reps you can do on a 1 inch hang with your collar bone over with full extension on reset, divided by two.

    ive seen probably too many of these shorts and honestly the rock climbers are never hitting 200 thats pretty nuts. I watched a video where they gave one to an actual giant that was a blue collar worker, dude was like 7foot and 300-400 lbs and he got like 220. The climbers are usually between 150-190

    @jordannichols8338 grippers are different than the hand dynamometer that he used. A gripper that is rated at 250 is nowhere near 250lbs. The strongest man in the world can maybe hand dynamometer about 250 or 260, but people cal close grippers rated at 365lbs or even a little more. With that said if you train grippers regularly, your grip will be better than most.

    This is true I have done 212 on hand dynamometer for my best but I can close the grip gene #5 on the regular and it is rated at 300lbs

    200 is just nuts . So is 190. I’m a stout guy with thick strong hands and co worker of mine is slightly smaller with big forearms and just strong as hell and I got 161 and he got 166. I’m 6’ 230 on heavy days .. I can only imagine what his handshake is with a 210 grip
