Pep is the GOAT (Del Bosque and Ancelotti are up there though), but Ange is something special. I don't understand how he is so good at handling off-field issues and basically always saying the right things.

@@wefinishthisnow3883 because he is honest and genuine, it really is as simple as that. Other managers are too worried about their jobs or saying the wrong things. Ange had some really rough terrain early in his career, so he knows to simply be himself. I also believe this is the gold dust that gives his players the confidence to believe in his systems as well. I have been fascinated with Ange for 15yrs and it doesn’t get old. Not a Tottenham fan, but an Ange fan…. However I am basically obsessed with everything Tottenham these days. Hoping to attend a game next season when we are in Europe. Nth London is a long way from Tasmania sadly

Lots of things more important than football and this courageous little man’s health is one such thing. Hope he gets better soon. Lovely family. Ange is decency and caring personified. Spurs have an absolute gem in this man.

Besides being an extraordinary coach, Ange also sets a great example for all of Tottenham's players in terms of always presenting himself in public as a humble, humane and normal knock about guy and family man - even when times were tough a few weeks ago and the team was really struggling in not winning a game in 5 games, he never got bitchy or complained but he got on with his job to the best of his ability. I just hope he stays at Tottenham a long time and delivers success and a Trophy or two for the club as that will also be his biggest success in life.

Can’t remember any Tottenham manager barring Poch who really wants to see the club be successful and i think even Freddie felt that genuineness from the manager. Whether Spurs win the PL now or in the not too distant future, ultimately your fight is more important, Freddie.
