You can actually do the 19:55 bossfight without touching BLUE! You must take Bowser jr to the left (or right) side and after you hit him, quickly go to the opposite side. Ice spreading has delay and you have time to go to the wall. Use parachute cap, so you can wall jump endlessly. If Bowser jr is in a good position hit him without touching the ground (wall isn't blue) and go wall jumping again (there is no animation). The floor turns orange and you are safe. Hit him again and repeat the process (ground turns blue again) or just wait and do the wall jump until the floor turns orange again. Then hit him and collect the Royale seed! Like, so others can see

yeah, gray's death was inevitable so he spared the colors that had to die for gray to live. its also why the brown blocks and blue poles of the birds in that one level didnt eliminiate one, the other, or both. because theoretically, the other would die if their death was inevitable, so going back he would sacrifice that color instead.

Sure, touching the flag plays a cutscene. But the Player touches it with full control of its character.

I personally believe the frosting in the last stage was white but because everything else around it was pink it looked pinker. Art does that. Color picking the hex code was around #fff9f2, which is more of a cream color rather than pink. Pink still won undeniably but I feel it could have gone even further

I am not sure if you have already done this but you could see if you can play without touching any enemies and/or passive creatures. Last one to need to be touched wins.

I remember trying to beat the whole game without getting a single Wonder Flower and having to stop when I got here. Turns out I could've kept going, but I'm pretty sure the end of Fungi Mines would've done it either way.

Well It's moreso a competition about which colour is the most useless, so as a green fan myself I can proudly say that green is the most usefull colour in Mario Wonder :)

12:28 not sure if you need frame-by-frame analysis, I'd approach it philosophically, you're hitting the top of his head, but that also includes his red hair, so you're touching red and green simultaneously when you hit baby babowz. Further potential future examples, hitting koopas is only yellow when you send them into their shells (or knock them out of their shells? one of the games did that, not sure if Wonder does that), and then only green/red when hitting their shells, although you could make a strong case for hitting only green/red if you yoshi-tongue the koopa from behind, and also depending on what it looks like you could argue that hitting a paratroopa hits their shell instead of their head, not sure really. But I'm looking at this more philosophically than literally. I'd argue you definitively hit purple (and green!) when you hit Bowser Junior in his Wonder phase. And like also for 14:28, also I'd consider this just hitting purple and green again (maybe red, his head spikes have red at the base) IDK just not feeling this literal pixel-to-pixel comparison, would rather interpret these as models with wonky hitboxes to make hitting them feel more right

18:43 actually, these koopas are quite hunched over, it looks to me like a definitive "no head hit" even when they're walking around, only red or green

I think grey could've survived in the flying ship because if you groundpound to the pipe you don't touch it because you instantanealy enter a cutscene, just like white did with the flagpole.

The surface of that last "pink" level is definetly 100% white.

As a big fan of Green, I did feel very good about all the help it kept giving the other colours.

You totally could've saved blue by staying on the wall with the Parachute Cap and only getting off to hit Bowser Jr. When he spreads the ice the first time, you only regain control of your character a bit after he's already started, but you can avoid it by hitting him in one of the corners of the room and immediately rushing to the other. I got it first try after figuing this out. Edit: I just tried a run without ever touching blue and it turns out you can only make it up to the 3rd Bowser Jr. boss cause the floor when Mario walks in is blue, so it doesn't change the placements at all.
