In Latvian, it means bean, and is also the possessive of breast, so "knee deep in pupa" has a whole new meaning

I would wager that the poison aura *does* show up on The Rotten, but they didn't think to scale it up to his size, so it's all inside him and you can't see it. Looks like it also happens with other bosses, like the Covetous Demon.

I may or may not have been waiting for such a video ever since 2014.

The dutchman, whose language sounds like a saxon learning french while high, is complaining about the english language, which is just 3 other languages on top of each other in a trenchcoat.

This video inspired me to make a build almost exclusively based around poison, i personally am not very experienced when it comes to challenge runs so i decided to get the butterfly set and a poison broken straight sword (and a mace for the poison resistant buggers), not exactly a challenge but it is out of my comfort zone so its a start

The writing in this is as based as ever, and I love it.

mate you deserve so much more recognition. The humor (while sort of juvenile in this one, but it's passable) is great. The editing isn't over the top, you keep it simple yet effective. This is actually a guide worth spending an hour and 14 minutes watching.

@@AdamOwenBrowning a lot of native speakers don't binge down how to properly construct sentences beyond a decade of english classes, but it comes naturally so it isn't something that a lot of people really take seriously anyway. I mean seriously, how many native speakers do you know actually failed an english class? like a full blown F and had to retake it? I myself know less than a handful, and all of them were/are already unlikely to make anything of themselves. unrelated but I assumed PC just had an accent, whether he's bilingual or not holds no bearing on how I view his content lol I just enjoy seeing challenge runs from an entertaining fella.

This is my favorite set in DS2. I actually recorded a Tinkerbell play through I love it so much…the game not so much. Hopefully it’ll return in ER.

Sadly, there aren't many "goofy" sets that aren't just the new Onion Knight. Lots of very self-serious armor in this one. Minus that Alburnauric Helmet, that thing got a chuckle out of me.

One of your best works yet. I especially liked how you changed up your style with more comedic cuts, the Happy Souls references were awesome as well.

This video is pure gold :D. I loved your editing especially the flying butterfly smiley and the steins gate reference :D. Ive only ever played DS2 with Harvels shield and i've never seeh Velstadts projectiles. So you are maybe right by assuming that he doesn't do it when you wear a shield. However my last DS2 run was quite a while back so i might have just forgotten his projectiles.

You're 35??!! Being 35 and having patience for this kind of run is something else, props to you

Little tip to anyone doing this challenge on console: Save yourself so much pain by making sure your jump is r3 and not circle. Jumps do not give i-frames lol

The i-frames on opening doors and chests activates when you change positions, like when you open a door you have your hands pushing them open then your character moves a little and that's when the i-frames activate

I've known Demon of Song can be killed with poison since DS2 came out and I faced it. Poison is so useful in DS2 that trying it on every boss and big enemy becomes a habit.

You do know, that you can jump that gap in the rune sentinel room without wings. I always take the secret passage, take the item and jump the gap instead of taking the stairs.

Always thought this was one of the coolest looking sets.

I would argue that if you do the two handed stance's fist heavy attack, you prolly end up hitting enemies with the armbands of the set, and therefor should be a viable attack.
