I can do palms flat on the floor, and I can also put both legs behind my head. It has been a little while since I did that though

I'm WAY out of shape. But, I can touch my toes. I need a 6mo Juji boot camp. 🤌

To me it is always shocking, even tho it should not be. Freak athletes are freak athletes - it reminds me of people analysing the tapes and concluding Pele could run the 100m on pace with Olympians, jump as high as basketball players and etc - also the thing that really saddens me about american football being as big as it is - honest to god if it wasn't and those specimen went for other athletic endeavours there would be so many other feats of strength, agility, athleticism etc., being made and records broken etc., it is surreal how good football players are, absolute freaks. If I recall correctly Brian can rep a few pull-ups at over 400 pounds

Can’t wait for juji to teach Brian how to backflip. Imagine how insane that would look

@@aavila1206 ehm Jeff Cobb (a wrestler) is BIG (obviously not like Brian, but more like Eddie) and can do a Standing Shooting Star Press. So it would be possible for Brian to do a Backflip, although it will be VERY difficult due to him being JUGGERNAUT.

It's so crazy how Juji looks like a buffed kid beside this MASSIVE LEGEND.
Man, seeing that clip of John made me so happy and sad at the same time, I instantly teared up a little. We miss you John.
Damn. Brian Shaw is such a good dude. Great team up.
I respect Brian so much for always being open to trying all the stuff outside of his wheelhouse that he does.
I love Sam’s voice and comments. Always so cheerful.
Yo Juji! Just wanna say that years ago, I had this mindset that all huge bodybuilders and strongmen are not flexible and I just wanna say that you changed my mindset, you are one of the exceptions cuz you are flexible AF haha

There really is no reason they should be stiff as a board. The ones who are either don't stretch or perform movements that cross multiple joints with a good range of motion, or they are literally blocking themselves with too much fat or muscle (e.g. front squats are difficult to rack properly with 19in biceps).
@mustang8206

A lot them are because how else they would be able to safely hit depth in squat, get in position on deadlift, or go all the way down on OHP
I think you Juji and Brian makes fitness community a little bit more interesting and fun.
"Just because of the mask, not because you're cool" absolutely dieing over here lololol
I have been loving the videos with you and Brian. Great fun and informative stuff 😊
Brian with all of that wholesome hard work.
The collabs are on point!
One of the biggest hindrances to lifting ability is physical mobility - desk jobs cause weakness

The two of you guys together is great content. Very informative and entertaining.
Much respect to Brian for what a good sport he is. Always so open-minded for these different things.
Honestly this just being a entertaining video I love learning more flexibility work. I never thought of knuckles and palms for touching your toes and learning more about the exact terms of flexibility, would love to see this type of videos with other people.
You should get more of your collabs to do these stretches. Flexibility is so important long term
brians flexibility is actually insane considering his size. his cossack stretch was really impressive
Both humble and smart athletes talking and exchanging experiences and advices. We keep getting more energized and also entertained with these content and energy. God bless you all.
When Juji gave Brian a 3.8/5! 😆 Great stretches gents! Hip & lower back flexibility makes for high quality of life! You two inspirational athletes are a joy to watch together. Thank you.
I was at the seminar and it was great! Appreciate the great content Juji
RIP mt. dog 🙏
Man we love the chemistry you and Brian have
Training to train is a real concept Juji!

Very wholesome indeed... made me smile all the way from South Africa! Love you both!
bro I haven't had such a good time watching a video in a really long time, and this one did it for me, thanks for such a great time Juji! 👏
God damn. Awesome content but I was just focused on Brians arms. They're MASSIVE. Hahah
Brian is a gem.
Brian is the best!
Yous two have great chemistry. Loving these videos 👍🏻
Guys your editing is so cool and funny, great work!
idk how well this might come off but i mean good :P i love the little meme edits you do :D but a little thing i noticed with like the skyrim level increase for brian after streaching, if his level increases to 99, it dont match going halfway up to lvl 19 on the xp bar :P but again very small thing for me to hang myself up on :P loved the video anyhow
My two favorite personalities in the fitness industry. ❤️
Sumo Blob Pulls
That Skyrim edit was top tier
holy crap.... the ending stretch/mobility by Juji.... goals (got my Leg. Flex. copy)
Love that B can learn something from Juji....
I love it when 2 of my favorite youtubers Collab.
Yeah banded dislocators are a phenomenal warm up for any training day, just like doing a muscle snatch with a band instead of a bar

Upper body and lower body training because you need good thoracic Mobility for stable squats otherwise your muscles will get sore and you will end up with poor posture. I always warm up the thoracic spine and the shoulders even if it is a rest day
Absolute riot
Juji looks tiny next to Brian! 😂
Juji just claimed to be a flexibility expert and then said, “I never really thought about this but I guess long arms is an advantage in this”. Obviously it is 😂😂😂
I love how Brian is so enthusiastic about doing flexibility tests with you. What a fun lil guy
That Skyrim reference got me!🤣🤣🤣
6'2 with a 6'8 wingspan so +6 for me.
Man, Brian seems like such a good sport.
Skyrim Acrobatics lmao
Brian is such an impressive human
I love how much chalk is all over the place from earlier workouts lol. This is also my favorite collab out of all strength sports/fitness by far.
While my primary goal right now is strength, I still want to remain athletic and mobile so I stretch daily and continue playing sports to retain my speed snd athleticism.
Strongest Cossack stretch the world has seen

Hey, that just means really great pressing for you
Gotta say, I wouldn't be mad with a weekly/monthly Juji-Shaw series. (=
i need to start doing cossack squats again with weights as i have done them in like 2 years and they build tremendous inner quads like no other excercise can
John makes a tough judge 😂 well done Brian. Very impressive for a giant 👏 💪
4:32 I do these in sets of ten in between all of my warmup sets for squats. I also use a red band like Brian. lol
juji to host the next shaw classic as a special guest judge
hi juji
Bro I just found your channel from Big Ronnie Coleman you're the most wired guy I've ever seen 📌🦍
Jouko Ahola had crazy ape index, if I remember correctly he is 186cm tall and his wingspan was 206cm
My college football team calls the “banded over” thing a shoulder circuit and we do them every workout.
I gotta say: Brian training with the flexible guy and the Armwrestling people. It most likely will will make him even more dominant in Strongman. He could be unstoppable in 2023.

@@joelhenderson3723 same here man, I think he’s got 1 more in him. It be cool to see the 5th one he’s always been striving to get. I think he would retire, or just turn strongman into a part time job, and focus fully on his Evolution Athletics and other companies.
I do cossack stretch all the time in the gym for warmups. But my oh my, do i get to know now that i can progressively add sets reps loads and depths with this "stretch"
Shaw takes up the whole portrait on his website
I'm 5'9" with a 6'2" wing span. +4 on the ape index for me i guess
Juji and Brian have better chemistry than Brian and Eddie...change my mind
If Brian fell the wrong way he would crush Juji.
amazing vid amigo, keep it up juji
By all standards, Juji is huge…I mean by all “human” standards.
Pausing the video during the side-by-side lateral lunges made me laugh my ass off... Juji is not a small man. But BRIAN! JFC!
*I thought Juji had a hat on his head until he dropped the weight and started flapping wings.* 🐦🐤🐧
I loved the Skyrim experience bar. That is how I think about my life too
I really think if Brian got proficient with these stretches like I have done, especially the legs and do all the kinds of stretch that surround his legs for agility he could actually take his 5th world's strongest man title and win hands down. It would only take 15 minutes a day probably
@3:02 🤣🤣🤣 I TRY TO BE
i just want to see you guys workout out plzzz
Juji going to offer special training for the sumo lifters so they can stand as wide as he did at the end 🤣
With my legs and my back straight I can't even touch my knees man, my legs feel like they're going to snap
I've always felt that WE are like a football team everyone performs a little different .
Does the book teach you hamstring flexibility?
It's flexible for a 6'8" 440 pound man mountain yes
Devon Larrat before his elbow injuries had an insane ape index.
@Jujimufu, yes I can.
I can touch my toes, on a good day.
My ape index is negative 1
Does anyone want to see where the wild goose goes? Super Troopers anyone?
This was unfair, Brian doesn't have his mouthpiece.
Brian really loosens up when he collabs with Juji.
I wanna know the heaviest blob Juji gets while in a split
How rare is ape index of +6? That's what I have.
Why does every thumbnail need to look like you’re seeing the most impressive thing you’ve ever seen?!
lowkey looks likes juji’s bullying brian 😂😂jk
Brian makes Juji look tiny
Wow did he just do a Skyrim skill up and the sad part is I could hear it happen lol
