    To me it is always shocking, even tho it should not be. Freak athletes are freak athletes - it reminds me of people analysing the tapes and concluding Pele could run the 100m on pace with Olympians, jump as high as basketball players and etc - also the thing that really saddens me about american football being as big as it is - honest to god if it wasn't and those specimen went for other athletic endeavours there would be so many other feats of strength, agility, athleticism etc., being made and records broken etc., it is surreal how good football players are, absolute freaks. If I recall correctly Brian can rep a few pull-ups at over 400 pounds

    @@aavila1206 ehm Jeff Cobb (a wrestler) is BIG (obviously not like Brian, but more like Eddie) and can do a Standing Shooting Star Press. So it would be possible for Brian to do a Backflip, although it will be VERY difficult due to him being JUGGERNAUT.

    Yo Juji! Just wanna say that years ago, I had this mindset that all huge bodybuilders and strongmen are not flexible and I just wanna say that you changed my mindset, you are one of the exceptions cuz you are flexible AF haha

    There really is no reason they should be stiff as a board. The ones who are either don't stretch or perform movements that cross multiple joints with a good range of motion, or they are literally blocking themselves with too much fat or muscle (e.g. front squats are difficult to rack properly with 19in biceps).

    A lot them are because how else they would be able to safely hit depth in squat, get in position on deadlift, or go all the way down on OHP

    Honestly this just being a entertaining video I love learning more flexibility work. I never thought of knuckles and palms for touching your toes and learning more about the exact terms of flexibility, would love to see this type of videos with other people.

    idk how well this might come off but i mean good :P i love the little meme edits you do :D but a little thing i noticed with like the skyrim level increase for brian after streaching, if his level increases to 99, it dont match going halfway up to lvl 19 on the xp bar :P but again very small thing for me to hang myself up on :P loved the video anyhow

    Yeah banded dislocators are a phenomenal warm up for any training day, just like doing a muscle snatch with a band instead of a bar

    Upper body and lower body training because you need good thoracic Mobility for stable squats otherwise your muscles will get sore and you will end up with poor posture. I always warm up the thoracic spine and the shoulders even if it is a rest day

    I hope so, but I don't really see it. He's 40 now, and the younger crowd is still coming into their own. I think he will be in the finals obviously, but I think all his wsm titles are behind him. I would love to be proven wrong!

    I really think if Brian got proficient with these stretches like I have done, especially the legs and do all the kinds of stretch that surround his legs for agility he could actually take his 5th world's strongest man title and win hands down. It would only take 15 minutes a day probably
