Well Beddington struck again! Hopefully you get to have another set of fixtures against them next year, I feel they have got away very lightly with both times you have played them Horley have given wickets away cheaply. Even Horley playing a poor game they should totally hammer Beddington by the looks of it. That leg spinner may become an issue but everyone else shouldn't be a problem for your excellent players. Cant wait for Sanderstead!

They certainly did! we have certainly fallen very short with our batting against them both times this year, hopefully we get to play them again next year and we can perform how we know we can 🤞

Great coverage again Andy. Did my ears do me justice in hearing that you played Sanderstead the following day. Looking forward to that. Liked that spin bowler. Never seen a ball turn so much....One question that i must ask. Do you work full time in the media, because you produce great stuff on here....All the best from Dave to yourself and the crew. Showed that Ben Renfry is not from outer space this time around, but still a great batsman to have at Horley

They are actually a really nice bunch however under pressure some people can act differently

Their leg-spinner (Number 3) was very impressive. Made the batsmen look like they didn't know which end of the bat to use!

He was probably one of the best leg spinners I have seen in recent years, he bowled so well and with great variation too... I was very impressed

@@HorleyCricketClubTV Plus he had that lovely drift in the air and a lovely googly. I remember being done by a superb googly years back. It was such a plumb LBW, I was almost walking before the umpire sent me on my way!

He is certainly a huge asset to Beddington with his bowling. I personally have never faced anyone like that however it would have been an excellent experience. The biggest thing for me was his googly... super dangerous and used well

He was excellent! One of the best leg spinners we have played in a long time

Oh and forgot to say absolutely super to still have cricket into october, but have to accept that the games will be drying up very soon

Hi Dave, thanks again! Thats why I have now gone to spacing the videos out to once a week to keep some summer cricket going into the winter! I do not work in the media, I am in the motor trade however the guy that does the editing works in the media for a very big company. Ben is only human and everyone makes mistakes, it would have been great to see him battle that spinner as he was indeed excellent! 5pm next Sunday is when im hoping to have Sanderstead's video live

@@HorleyCricketClubTV looking forward to that Andy. Didnt know you had played Sanderstead again. Dan didnt film the game as far as i know. As said wonder if you beat them again. Will find out coming sunday. Will be interesting if they had put their so called first team out. Thanks again

Hi Dave, yes we played them in the development setup so they did not have their first team out however we are looking into that option for next year

We played them at their home ground when Ben got his century, they came to us for the return fixture so you will see a new video on Sunday PM

Thank God, it wasn't 3 for 9,...lol!
