Sir resistance in any form provides muscle growth but the fundamental principle of exercise physiology is of progressive overload and it becomes difficult to progressively overload on bodyweight once certain amount of strength is built.

The way to progressively overload is not just the load itself U can easily vary tempo, intensity and volume to make workouts challenging

Search harder progressions , you can do pull up . Great! Now try 1 arm pullup . you can do push up . Great! Now try 1 arm push up . If you can do that , try plache. I literally dont think you can get too good at calisthenics, cause there are still extreme progressions to be unlocked .

Sir main aapse 1 question poochhi thi Minoxidil lagane se jo beard aaegi vah permanent hai ya temporary? Aapane aapka ek video dekhne bola tha minoxidil ke upar main vah video Dekhi. Par vah video to aapane minoxidil hair ke upar laganese kya hota hai vah batayatha. Aapane bola tha ki yah sare hair ke upar kam karte Hain beard ke upar bhi kam karte hai. Mera question hai ki minoxidil hair pe jab log lagana chhod dete Hain tab kuchh din bad Unka hair fir se pehle jaisi ho jata hai. Agar Ham minoxidil beard per lagaenge aur beard aane ke bad Ham chhod denge to fir se pahle jaise ho jaenge? Ab kuchh KZreadr bol rahe ki minoxidil lagana chhod dene ke bad beard fir se pahle jaisi ho jayenge ya temporary hai. Aur kuchh KZreadr bol rahe hain beard Nahi jayegi ya permanent hai. Sir aap kya bolenge yah permanent hai yah temporary?
