@sahil deswal 100 percent true brother.... let me share a story with all we r stupid family, I met a trainer, I gave him lift because he was walking his way home, meanwhile we started talking and he told me his wonderland la la la stories which he has created as his defense shield.... He told me He cleared every after graduation exam be it SSC CGL, CAT and had done his MBA from IIM Rohtak. I asked him yeh kaha padta hai he replied IIT-D and IIM- Rohtak ek hi campus mei padta hai and he had cleared NDA written exam, applied for NASA but didnt got into it (hahaha No govt. agency will hire Foreigners into their organization until they have a citizenship). and as being a hardcore defence aspirant I asked him SSB kaha pada tha he said Khadakwasla NDA ki academy mei and then I have to educate him whats SSB system is and how selection is executed. And I easily smelled him that he is not even a graduate and soon I traced him on instagram and sarri aukkat bahar aa gai. So iss level ka pagal banane wale bhi milte hai. and when you ask them sir cerification kaha se ki hai They will just name you some academies and when you ask some doubts of core concepts they will simply say tere ko kya karna hai. All I would say educate yourself and dont indulge with these idiots. There are good trainers but very few!!!

Me - " aunty physical as in ? " She - " beta wo daudate hai na bohot aur exercise karni karni hoti hai selection ke dauran to beta vo kab hai?" My brain- aunty jab aap ko kuchh pata nahi SSB ke baare mein to bakwaas kyo kar rahe ho 😂😂

The problem stems from the client wanting instant gratification without wanting to put in the grind. There is no thought given to sustainability. The trainer takes advantage of this and looks to instantly gratify his pockets too 😀
It was around 3 months ago in March, and I just switched the gym due to time restrictions. There was a trainer who just came to me on around 2nd day as he thought I was new to gym, the conversation casually started, and several days passed on. Then, after a week, he started asking me to take protein powder and mass gainer. Then I replied on the next day that my parents are not allowing it (as I am a student till date). At the end of my workout, he again asked me to take his personal training, which was again tempting my anger. Then again, I replied that parents don't allow me along with they sent me to gym is quite big thing. After that, I just ignored him at my best. As a student, it is not possible to take protein powder and gainer, etc, as most of the normal parents consider the big thing that their child is going to the gym.

It's so hard hitting truth. Sir trust me almost all my clients have experienced this before they came to train with me. All of them experienced this on their first day that the trainer gives them a list of supplements to buy. I have promised myself that I'll never ever sell a supplement to any of my client. I've been working out for 6 years now not even taken single supplement because I've completed my nutrition with diet(non veg). I've never taken pre-workout supplement except black coffee. Great results but the thing is these results comes with lesson of patience and consistency it takes time , never expect results on your body very fast. My advice is to start understanding your own bodies start studying your body and start reading about the fitness. .....great words sir great point you've kept in this video.👍

It has been 45 days since I started strength training, my trainer has not yet recommended even protein powder(he has left me option open but did not recommend it), all home made food. I remember though some trainers are bent on supplements.

A trainer suggested Ensure contains carb 60gm, total sugars 12gms, added sugar 11.70 gm with maltdextrin. If so better to eat "cat jumping rice". One way asking control carbs, sugar & this. When pointed out " he apologized" for his ignorance

They call it supplement stack.. Which is handed over to person on first day costing 15k.. and claims that if those are not taken, results will be delayed and start showing up after 6-8 months.. I mean branded whey or creatine is ok, but sell everything..

amino acid pool doesnt depend on one particular food for amino acid..if u combine different kinds of veg foods u will get each and every amino acid...

Is it possible to get a decent fat% of 12 to 15%.. with normal abs..nothing like ripped kind..but just with a normal diet (pure vegetarian food) and no other supplements..n not even whey or anybother kind of protein supplements or even multi vitamins or multi minerals supplements.. @werstupid ..taken into consideration with consistency in diet and workout if maintained.. currently the fat percentage is around 18%..
