In all fairness, the Italian girl was speaking quite fast, and it was until she spoke slower that I was able to understand what she was saying. So yes, it is similar and easy to comprehend when spoken slowly. Be blessed, brothers and sisters of Italy.

"Sobre" and "Sulla" are less different than what it seems at first sight; that's why in Italian we conjugate everything, prepositions included. In fact "Sulla" is the sum of "su" and "la", that means "sopra la", so actually very similar to "Sobre".

Wow I’m actually so surprised with the last one with Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish! I'm Dutch and I guessed all the words right, it's actually really similar to Dutch. The full sentences had me lost, except when she described the animal at the end, I could fully understand!

Im don't study much of spanish in School but i understand Andrea perfectly. The portuguese in Brazil is like a master Key to understand English and other latin languages because we have same roots.

As a Catalan we know 2 lenguages so we get more from the italian than the rest os Spain. For example mangiare in Spanish is Comer but in Catalan is Menjar.

Ananas is an indigenous Tupi word in current day Brazil. Most languages say “ananas” (regardless if they’re Romance or not).
