So glad I'm a part of the QuestCraft community. The discord and community is amazing. Cad and VirtualBoy are working hard working on this game and porting newer and newer versions. Big props to those guys and I'll always love being a part of the questcraft and sidequest community. Also QuestCraft is really fun and they're adding new features all the time!

i have been in the community since the beginning... before quest 2 and quest 1 even had a playable version of questcraft and they were experimenting with phones that had close performance to the quest 1... it's seriously insane how far they've gotten... they tried to use Forge Vivecraft to get it to work but no dice... then fabric happened... and they used a VR fabric mod nobody's heard of until some... questionable things happened... then Vivecraft fabric happened and they managed to get a perfectly working version out... and honestly im genuinely proud of the dev team that worked months upon months on this.

Hey, question, did you know there's an official VR version of Minecraft? It's for the PlayStation VR, and if you have a PS4 or PS5 and a PS VR headset, it's pretty easy to get your hands on one. Great video, by the way! You're always super exciting to watch!

​@zacharystaines i dont recommend trying. IIRC it doesn't work like questcraft where you move using the headset, you basically just get a room with a theater screen.

I really like your videos and I really enjoyed watching you play Minecraft on any console. But you could improve the subtitles. My English isn't very good, so I always watch your videos with subtitles

What’s kinda cool, is on regular Minecraft, there’s a mod that allows you to have movement like you would in vr while you’re playing with your vr headset (you probably knew that but-)

How did you managed to succeed? I also use meta quest 3, and I really want to play it as well. I downloaded minecraft gear vr 1.16 and it keeps not working when logging in. Can you give me some advise?

You will definitely struggle on the Quest 3 with QuestCraft. It's still not fully optimized. If you're able to get a Quest 2, you're able to play QuestCraft with no problems I've found

I love how you literally were like, lets leave real life behind! that was kinda funny

Without doubt Minecraft in VR is reeeally fun! The Q2 ver of Questcraft is stable & playable (granted the framerate is still between 10-36 fps with mods) but it's still a very worthwhile experience! Encountering a random stranded ship up on the side of a mountain was surreal as well as seeing some other modded environments like eerily decorated cavern entrances or seeing a tiny zombie charging at me! All quite fun. Am not likely to buy a Q3 but still hoping QuestCraft continues to be optimized & supported on it in the future.

How do you know my content schedule?...

I just play the game over steam VR with the Vivecraft mod on my PC. You can even load forge mods. I have a 1070 and i59400f. The game runs smoothly at 90fps with some hiccups when rendering chunks but I think If I spend some time with the games settings I can make it a really smooth experience.

Just noticed that this is actually technically a port of Minecraft Java to Android

My Quest 3 is arriving tomorrow.. in like.. 10 hours, so I'm looking forward to see the world freeze and fall apart around me ^^ I can't wait to get sick and pass out from nightmares :D

how did you get it to work ive been trying to get questcraft when linking it I even bought java edition it still wont work it either says the error message or the link says code has expired

3:32 when minecraft ran on the quest 2. i mean it is only like 20-40 fps but its still crazy that a headset with only 6gb of ram can do that (it ran out of ram and crashed an uncountable amount of times)

Bedrock actually has native vr support that works on quest, but it doesnt feel as good nor have the mod support pf quest craft It does perform much much better though

same crashing problems happened to me too, after that i gave up.

Only now I realized he is running Minecraft ON the quest

Why wont they release a VR version of minecraft finally??? Played it a little bit in gear vr so i can just imagine how nice it would look and feel to play in the quest 3!

@@zacharystaines ya but tbh. im someone who like to plug and play, i dont have the time to play around with configurations ect.. 3 kids, job ect... so there is not much time for gaming, in comparison, games like FF16 i would have finished in 2-5 days... now im playing it since 2-3 months and i still dont got the last eikon... RE4 remake i needed 1 month, comparision to re4 back on the gamecube, i had my first playthrough done in 2 days max, then another few the next days... nowadays that would be too time consuming, thats also why i dislike when they ad things that you can only use after playing through, like god of war R, wich i needed 3 weeks to finish btw, had a little bit more time so i finished early, you unlock some things after playthrogh one wich are nice but for me absolutely not worth to play again, some things you even get at the end or after playthrough 2 (wont spoiler here, thats why i say things)... so yeah, played it once and went to the next game... So yeah, i tried that on the quest 2 but i had issues making it work, then conenction problems since my modem was shit so i had to upgrade and some other things, thats why i hope for an official release wich i will gladly pay for to relax, dunno why but minecraft is truly relaxing for me, with a pinch of excitement when exploring + a little bit of freaked out when in dark caves... so yeah, hopefully it comes out.

I don't even have to watch to answer because of questcraft full java vr Minecraft can run on all quest platforms at a relatively decent fps

Minecraft in vr is super fun though i almost got motion sickness from playing on pc vr mod

on the quest 2 it works nice and with normal colors and with 40 - 90 fps

Try out making a iMac 2020 by putting top of the end mods then try running a crazy game in 5k at 200fps

they added Quest 3 support on the patreon version of Questcraft btw

You can call the Quest 1 and 2 Oculus, but there is no such thing as an Oculus Quest 3

Real life is temporary but minecraft is life
