I’m sure the hard drive isn’t bad, it’s just old and crappy. Also it’s totally not an SSD lol. That would make things go much more smoothly.

​@@NebulaHatesWatchdogOr install more RAM (if possible). HDD usage is so high because of ram being almost full so its using the Page file which basically is ram on your HDD or SSD and that causes high HDD usage.

It needs reimaged completely with windows 10 and probably wiped. He could probably access OneDrive for his sister’s files to back them up.

@@PWVlogs It's too slow to download, install, and upload files to One Drive. Replace the whole HDD with an SSD and put a fresh install of Windows. Use a SATA adapter to transfer the files back directly from the HDD. RAM is at 64% so it's not full.

I can confirm this does work and you can also play multiplayer if you get the same version of the game on another device

i have minecraft on a pixi 3.5 lol there's this one square button that has one purpose on the entire phone, and minecraft used it for the pause button so its pretty cool

they never officially ended support for the iOS 6 app store they just screwed something small but crucial up and nobody cared enough to even realize since it only affects iOS versions that are over 10 years old now

apple actually fixed the app store on (as far as i’m aware) ios 4 and above, you might still need a tweak to get apps that you didn’t purchase at least a decade ago, but hey, at least it works (same with ios 6 siri, it was gone for some time and now it’s back, might also be back on ios 5 but i don’t have any devices running anything below ios 6 to confirm)

@@bbbbagger9912 wrong. still broken, same for apple maps, etc. I daily an iphone 3Gs for reminders alongside my android because i keep my android on vibrate and want to hear just the reminders, works well, also the iphone has a headphone port that i like to use :)

I don’t even play Minecraft, but this video was still absolutely awesome! I’m so glad to see that old phone STILL working in 2023. I have an iPhone 3G that I take with me when I go out because my iPhone 7 doesn’t work away from the outlet XD

This is amazing man. Good work. Since you have done this there is a block only on a certain version of minecraft called the nether reactor which was a mobile exclusive on certain versions so i guess you could get that long lost block lol.

If you have another faster phone you can play a minecraft map with infinite world generation on the 3GS pretty well. Altough you can disable "limit world size" on options,but the game runs too slow

this phone was my older brother phone and i borrow his phone to play angry birds, but in reality i was playing on his minecraft world until he upgraded to iphone 5s and his old 3g is given to me. it was laggy but i was able to play minecraft and i was so happy. Its been 10 years since and i moved to java edition

I didn't know they disabled the app store, I remember installing geometry dash less than a year ago and it was so much easier! Nice vid bro

I stopped playing Minecraft when my cousin passed away, and later, I noticed that Minecraft had undergone a significant new update that I didn't like. But once again, those were good memories of the old Minecraft days!

Same. I used to play the old minecraft pe before I even got my first pc. I used an old samsung phone and i remember it being laggy as fck but i just can't seem to stop enjoying it. Today, I still play minecraft but I got so bored with the current version that I can't play mc without some kind of mod. And speaking of which, you might be interested in looking up "Better than adventure" mod for minecraft 1.7.3(?). It's hard to explain but basically it's what minecraft would have been if everthing beyond 1.8 didn't happen. Also, condolences for your late cousin.

Only iOS 11 app store is permanently shut down. The iOS 6 and below app stores weren’t shut down on purpose but a certificate expired and they didn’t notice until a month later. Its not the first time that happened

I got this exact phone for 10 dollars at a garage sale after my iPod broke such a steal at the time and well needed ended up being so much better than an iPod with calling apps!

My nephew played Roblox on my mothers 4S I think and even being so young he noticed it ran really good.

Now I can't wait to use Xperia Play to run Minecraft again

I remember I jailbroke my 1st gen ipod touch around 15 years ago and ended up bricking it 😂 actually I did successfully jailbreak it but when I tried to undo the jailbreak because of how badly it was performing it became bricked as they say.

You should do a full restoration of that old Dell Windows laptop, then run Minecraft on it

I've tested it running version 0.8.1 smoothly, but not so much further down the line, I'm guessing the infinite worlds and village generation from the 0.9.0 update are causing problems.

In short, yes. Iphone 3GS can run Minecraft pocket edition... And i love this video for trying that even though i never though about it :dDD

I am actually an android, windows and Linux user. Yes a lot of OS 😅. But I do like your video. Jailbreaking is like rooting android maybe. But it's normal for us to install unsupported apps. Give this iPhone some rest. I think it was getting hot

The iPhone 4 can still download it with no issues whatsoever from the App Store and runs probably a 2015 version? What’s crazy is the 4S can run 1.16! Literally Minecraft from 2020
