But after watching a couple of your vids and a while going to the gym in my school with my friends not only can I do pull-ups with ease now but I’ve managed to even do muscle ups now (3 in a row on a good day being my limit). I just wanted to say thank you because after this and many other exercises I’ve lost a lot of weight and built ok muscles mainly upper chest and seeing veins pop out of my arms for the first time ever. Now I have never felt as confident in my life as I have now so thank you again as I keep going I’ll remember seeing u in my feed and giving me the start I needed hopefully it’ll pop up again in the future so I can see the progress I’ve made

I actually never did any pull up progressions funnily enough it was just one day A few years ago I couldn’t do it, I decided I wanted to, some years pass after training some other stuff (including core) since I couldn’t do pull ups at the time and Then one day I just went for it… and I got it🤣

I'm going to refrain from stating my opinion on why it's easy to perceive him that way, but mainly he's just using a technique to his vocal delivery/influx similarly to how a customer service agent or healthcare worker does. There is also a chill yet slightly upbeat tempo playing in the background which also aids in that effect.

This men really helped me with his positivity, even my friend feel worse of my struggle on ten Australian pull up, I kept doing it whatever. Sometimes, I going to lay pulldown machine at Puputan Badung Park, and working about 50 reps. And sometimes use the negative pull-up as my fun daily. And sometimes just hanging on the top of door hole. Finally after about 1 year, I can do 3 pull up. Really grateful of it

I love this, this is actually so valuable. So many people that try to get into fitness sometimes don’t know where to start or are embarrassed because they can’t do certain things (yet). And it’s such a good guide for the steps one can take to gain strength without feeling like they HAVE to just try straight pull-ups with no other way to build the muscle strength to get there.
