Out of all the people i.see on KZread helping you learn pull-ups, pushups or anything like that you are the nicest one you spread so much positivity like 'Its okay if you can't, don't be embarrassed' and you always smile at the camera it just shows so much kindness
Took me 2 weeks of training with this guide and now I can do proper pullups, thank you so much!
I've been a fitness trainer for 25 years and you are the one online person I love listening to the most. Firstly, your voice is very soothing; secondly, your words are supportive and encouraging; thirdly, your logic is quasi full proof. Kudos.
Can't believe shorts can be so useful, practical, productive and full of positive vibes
49 years old.. training to do my first pullup in decades.. it's brutal haha.. thanks for the advice and positivity!
Thanks a lot! This is especially useful because, in some countries, everybody is just expected to be able to do pull-ups as a kid in kindergarten. This way, my muscles were damaged due to the teacher's excessive demands, and I could never do pull-ups again. Maybe I should retry. Or maybe not, because nobody demands this from me anymore.
Holy shit the positive attitude and vibe ON TOP of the extremely helpful advice. This dude is so baller

This is actually really helpful.
The absolute best 30 second explanation of how to develop into a difficult exercise!
I like how you encourage “using assistance from your legs”. I know I feel it’s “cheaty” to use limbs that aren’t part of the exercise, but really you need that extra help while the rest of your body gets strong enough to do the rep on its own. Such a good message
Thank you so much for this video!!! Been stuck trying to get stronger for pull ups but have been failing. This will be a great help
The simplicity in your explanation is really heart touching, and this progression you mentioned definitely felt doable, pull ups had been a challenge since a long time now, thank for the help
Hampton, you, and a few others are the reason I can do pull ups. Thank you
The fact that you're struggling with keeping your pullups sturdy yet talking with ease is amazing bro...
I don’t think I can fathom how much respect and love I have for this guy❤️🔥
Love your way of addressing and speaking to your audience!!
This Guy is so nice and positive
The amount of chill eminating from this guy is crazy, it's just so calm
You probably won’t see this but I remember seeing (at least the original) back in 2020-21 as my first video from you and I could barely hang from the bar for long. But after watching a couple of your vids and a while going to the gym in my school with my friends not only can I do pull-ups with ease now but I’ve managed to even do muscle ups now (3 in a row on a good day being my limit). I just wanted to say thank you because after this and many other exercises I’ve lost a lot of weight and built ok muscles mainly upper chest and seeing veins pop out of my arms for the first time ever. Now I have never felt as confident in my life as I have now so thank you again as I keep going I’ll remember seeing u in my feed and giving me the start I needed hopefully it’ll pop up again in the future so I can see the progress I’ve made
OMG, I’m gonna do this from now on. Thank you so much because I’ve had problems doing pull ups, my entire life
So wholesome I love the energy EDIT: also, you just gained a sub

I'm going to refrain from stating my opinion on why it's easy to perceive him that way, but mainly he's just using a technique to his vocal delivery/influx similarly to how a customer service agent or healthcare worker does. There is also a chill yet slightly upbeat tempo playing in the background which also aids in that effect.
Genuinely thank you for giving me a path to work up to it other than “throw yourself at the bar and just keep trying.”
You are something else, so positive and settling, confidence boosting and motivating
this guy is so calm i love it
This is most supportive and positive fitness youtuber ive ever seen
Those 1 arm pull ups while talking are fire 🔥 definitely inspiring
What a jolly fellow. It's been a while since did pull ups, chances are, I'll struggle to do 1 with proper form. This has inspired me to sort myself out.
He's so laid back while doing these. It's almost relaxing.
Man you help me from being sad that i cant do a pull up to getting to learn how to do a pull up
If you look close, you can see the positivity emanating off him in waves. Strong post bother. Keep it up.
This men really helped me with his positivity, even my friend feel worse of my struggle on ten Australian pull up, I kept doing it whatever. Sometimes, I going to lay pulldown machine at Puputan Badung Park, and working about 50 reps. And sometimes use the negative pull-up as my fun daily. And sometimes just hanging on the top of door hole. Finally after about 1 year, I can do 3 pull up. Really grateful of it
Bro is soo comforting
I hope this man has a beautiful day

Dude, this is by far the best video about pull ups I’ve ever seen.
glad to see the growth havent seen this guy in years
I love this, this is actually so valuable. So many people that try to get into fitness sometimes don’t know where to start or are embarrassed because they can’t do certain things (yet). And it’s such a good guide for the steps one can take to gain strength without feeling like they HAVE to just try straight pull-ups with no other way to build the muscle strength to get there.
This actually looks like the most ligit videos that I have ever watched
You actually helped me get way stronger thanks to your pull up videos
Words can't describe how helpful this man is
It’s these types of videos that give the fitness industry that put the fitness community in a good light always so helpful and positive honestly it’d be cool to meet you one day
You give me so much hope as someone who’s overweight and even when I weighed less could never do a pull-up. You inspire me to know I can get healthier and that even as is my body can do a lot of great things!
I absolutely love how he is so positive and polite
Thank you my friend. I did my first clean pullup today. I couldnt do it without your help.
His approach want discourage a beginner. Good teacher!
This man's vibe is amazing
Man articulates and camly instructs you how to increase pull up strenght while doing pull ups. Don't know if I'm motivated or discouraged
I like your videos; seen a couple now. I can't do the full range of all these exercises yet. It's encouraging to see someone talking about the half steps to get to the full steps.
