@@computerize Ñit picker! Of course most know he is not an Ulema (scholar) in the classical sense. But in the modern world he actually can be considered something as the "new version" of that....making Dawah at same and having the knowledge. It's not important what title you carry but rather what you do in life matters. And yes he is very humble and wouldn't self praise himself. My point was him combining two qualifications and having the qualities. 🙄 Get yourself a life mate. 😉✌🏽

@@computerize Dr Zakir as we all know is not a scholar but a medical doctor who fiqh should not be learnt from but e.g., comparative religion can be. About Mufti Menk I'm not sure what you mean he is a qualified Mufti which is one of the highest ranking of scholars.

As for your question , no , a degree is not necessary but he must have studied under the supervision of a scholar of fiqh. And he has given some wrong answers in fiqh in past . As for in religion , if someone says he is one of the most knowledgeable in that field I totally agree . May Allah bless him .

Assalamalaikum. Sir my question is simple but I want answer bcoz I have to answer to doctor. In ivf sperms n ovum becomes embryo that embryo will transfer but in some cases more embryo gets from women so doc suggests to embryo freezing for emergency or for use of next cycle etc .but some time we get healthy pregnancy n no use of that frozen embryo. Then again doc asks women isthis embryo we should through away or u want to donate some one..sir my question is what decision we should take .pls sir answer me I ll be waiting for your reply

Because people usually desire their own children, who are borne from them, who have their DNA, blood. They prefer to have their own and to also experience the emotional and intimate process of conception, pregnancy and birth.

This is in accordance with the decision made by international fatwa bodies such as the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (Saudi Arabia) and also the Islamic Research Institute (Egypt). The Islamic Research Institute through their fatwa which was issued through Egypt's Dar al-Ifta mentions: “As for renting of Womb, it is ruled as PROHIBITED by Islamic law. Islamic Research Institute issued decision number 1 on 29th March 2001 that prohibits womb renting. Contemporary fiqh scholars agreed on its prohibition. One of the reasons is the inability to identify who is the mother of the child, for there is a third party (the owner of the womb rented). This leads to the question of who is the rightful mother of the child? Is it the woman whose ovum is the start of the development of the fetus until a complete child is formed, or the woman whose womb is the place where all of the fetal development takes place until it forms a complete child? This huge dispute and debate contradict the purpose and meaning behind Islam’s commandments that celebrates stability, peace and removing doubts or limiting them.”

Someone enlighten me please. I don't understand. This muslim woman already has 2 children by the grace of Allah SWT. Is this not enough for her? She has come to the end of her reproductive life due to the menopause I presume. If she is so desperate for another child then why doesn't she adopt? That aside, the whole concept of "gifting an embryo" to a sister is absolutely ridiculous, unless I've mis-understood.

In the last minute or so of the video, Brother Zakir Naik said that this type of fertilization should only be used in dire situations, such as when someone has no kids and is struggling to have one at old age. If a couple already has naturally born kids and wants another one thru this process, it’s not permitted. Just watch the last min and you’ll see him talking abt this :)

DNA helix I agree, Allah’s blessed her with two children, while some struggle to have one or even none. We as Muslims are encouraged to have as many children as we can to increase the ummah so maybe that’s what the couple wished to do? 🤔 Allah knows best

No matter, you can take eggs of your own family members instead of you then it should be good to go. It’s your choice, because if Allah not wanted to give you baby then he might not have given you weak eggs. So anyway as far as I know playing with natural thing is haram. If you put your step forth you must try for others embryos too. It all about your decisions same as the blood donations. Sperms and embryos(eggs) are nothing but it’s a part of human body made up of blood. It not a rocket science anybody can understand with facts.

I'm pure Muslim women I tried to pray 5 times a day, tried to walk on the right path that Allah showed. But I couldn't bear misguidance. Jesus didn't have a father so he is haram or halal? According to Dr Zakir Naik, a child needs two people (husband-wife) but the mother marry didn't have a husband. So????? Allah created miracles to set examples but people round the truth and mislead us. (A child given by Allah can not be haram)

Because there is only one party involved, only the mother which is not scientifically possible. But it was done by the will of Allah! Thats why Jesus PBUH is a miracle of Allah!!!

The answer is yes it is Haram because it involves a third person let alone your brother which then becomes incest which is also Haram further more risking the child's health

Allah says in the Quran, do not change my creation. In other words, it implies that if Allah did not create a baby, why should we create. If Allah has decided not to give a couple a baby by the normal process, there must be a reason why Allah did that. So who are we to start being a creator by doing IVF or AI.
