doodh pilanay say hurmat qaim ho jati hai. doodh pilanay wali k bachon say shadi nahi ho sakti. kisi ghair mard k sperm kisi orat main dal ker bachay paida karo to us say hurmat qaim nahi ho gi kia? surrogate mother ki to koi identity nahi hoti. jab k doodh pilanay wali ka pata hota hai. ghamidi kuch aqal karo.

Mr. Ghamdi's argument of "izterar" is not acceptable on this topic, rather it looks foolish. "Izterar" is a situation where a life is at stake and is in real real danger. Saving life becomes more important even if the person had to eat pork or meat of dead and that also of a minimum quantity just to avoid disaster. Surrogating a womb to get a child can't be considered that urgency of an ultimate magnitude. In my opinion, Mr. Ghamdi must refrain from commenting on such topics if he does not fully understand the meaning of "Izterar".

Breastfeeding by another woman is allowed even without being life at stake. It's common in arabs for women to hire other women for breastfeeding since over 1400 years, the breasts are also awrah and they are hired even without stake of life, the same case applies here and the other woman is considered a surrogate mother with all associated relationships as mehrams as in case of breastfeeding mother.

He is just sharing his opinion, not forcing or enforcing the Islamic jurisprudence. Very important subject for Muslim world, more debates should have been done on this subject, people like me having 5 daughters & no baby boy need more knowledge about Surrogacy. Not having a baby boy has a social issue of million of Muslim families, people looking for second & third marriage, even though they did not get male gender.

For chosing gender u only need to go for test tube baby (which is simply mixing hzband's male sperm wd wife egg on plate n then placing back into wife wimb ). Test tube baby is halal.....no need for surrogacy... Bt bigger question is if chosing gender is halal? Besides science clearly says that male ness can b inherited only from male... female cannot have information to make male..... so it's ur hzband 90%responsible not u.

Gender of baby is not dependent on female as she has both xx chromomes while male has xy chromosome. Even if u surrogate or do 2 3 4 marriage there is no role of female wrt gender of baby. It depends on male chromomes at the time of fertilization both x and y have possiblity to fertilize the female x chromosome.

My daughter has blood transfusion when she was 5days old without it she wouldn’t have been survived as per dr🙏🙏🙏

ایک عورت جب دو سال ایک ننھے سے بچے کو دودھ پلائے گی اور پال پوس کر بڑا کرے گی تب بھی اُس عورت کی اُس بچے سے جذباتی وابستگی بن جائے گی۔ جب وہ بچہ اپنی حقیقی ماں کو لوٹایا جائے گا تو دودھ پلانے والی عورت کے جذبات مجروح ہونگے۔ اسی لیئے اللہ نے اس عورت کو رضاعی ماں کا درجہ دے کر اُسکی فضیلت اور حق قائم کیا ہے۔ غامدی صاحب کے مطابق یہی اصول ادھر بھی اختیار کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

برطانوی قانون کے مطابق سروگیسی جائز تو ہے لیکن قانون کی نظر میں ماں اُسی کو تصور کیا جائے گا جس نے بچہ پیدا کیا۔ اگر سروگیٹ ماں بچے کو پاس رکھنا چاہے اور نان نفقہ طلب کرے تو برطانوی قانون سروگیٹ ماں ہی کو حقیقی ماں مانے گا اور اُسکا حق دلائے گا۔ اس معاملے میں برطانوی قانون کسی معاہدے کو کوئی حیثیت نہیں دیتا۔ یعنی اگر کسی عورت سے آپ نے معاہدہ کیا کے بچہ پیدا کرنے کے بعد بچہ ہمارا اور معاوضہ آپکا۔۔۔ لیکن بچہ پیدا کرنے کے بعد عورت معاہدے سے مکر گئی اور بچہ دینے سے انکار کر دیا تو قانون کی نظر میں ایسے کسی معاہدے کی کوئی حیثیت نہیں۔ اس عورت کو ہی حقیقی ماں مانا جائے گا۔

Assalam o alaikum . If a surrogate mother is given the status of a foster (razai) mother, no family will rent a womb for their baby. I respect Ghamdi but I am not with him on this issue. Surrogacy not only destroys the family system but also brings some basic violations. For example, the surrogate is never considered as a mother. After giving birth, she does not know where is the baby. In most cases, the family who pays for surrogacy does not want to have any contact with the surrogate. In another case, when a person can have his baby from a surrogate, he does not need to get married, or the family does not need to give birth to their kids because they can pay for surrogacy. The most important thing I would consider is that surrogacy cannot be compared with the transfer of organs. This is like comparing potatoes and bananas.

According to your logic, if you are not getting married, adultery is permissible for you, or you can marry someone temporarily by giving money.

There are lots of things that seem to be halal but they are haram in Islam. Surrogation IMPOV should be haram in Islam because not every woman can be chosen as a surrogate mother e.g. putting protoplasm of the male into his sister or mother's vice versa womb etc. There are lots of restrictions in Islam so why chose surrogation when one can have 4 wives as explained by one of the commentators.

it is not always about the man, the man wanting a child. The world is not about only men. A woman can also want a child of her own. Secondly for your information, over 50% of causes of infertility is also in men, 30% in women, 20% unknown. You can look up the stats. So should a wife divorce his husband if his husband is infertile as many men do and don't even go for their own testing? And Islam never allowed 4 marriages for the sake of the pleasure of men but to help widows and divorcees who have nowhere else to go. Traditional molvies have made Islam so difficult for the wife and even husbands although the concept of surrogacy is over 1400 years old as in the case of breastfeeding, the men never had to marry those women who breastfed their children. Even healthy mothers hired other women for breastfeeding. This was and is still a standard practice in Arabs allowed by Islam and the exact same concept applies here.

People like you are always looking for a second third and fourth woman... It was allowed just to support widowed women but just to satisfy their lust they started practicing second marriage... God says that one can't deliver justice in case of two or more wives.. moreover medical science says that 50 percent males have defect but males don't believe it...

​@@OppoF-hv9liI'm not a specialist on the subject but please don't mix culture/personal emotion in understanding the teaching of Islam. Infertility is just a defect in either males or females. There should be no problem for a fertile woman in taking divorce from her infertile husband and vice versa in the religion of Islam. Similarly, why do you get depressed if 4 fertile women (either single or widows) are happy with their one infertile man? In Islam, even male-dominant trans are allowed to marry with female-dominant trans. IMPOV it should be equivalent to Zina if the ovum of one woman is put into another woman OR putting the sperm of a man into a woman with whom he is not allowed to marry in Islam. To me, there is no difference between wearing a condom during intercourse or using a syringes/ baby tube. Please explain with reference if I am wrong.

EEK. If sperm of a Man is transferred to another women ( not wife), u can claim it zinna. But tube baby ( made with wife ‘s egg)is a complete baby formed in initial stages.lf tranferred to other women’s womb, then it just need a place to grow.lt can’t be claimed as zinna n should be allowed.Many women with uterus problems can be benefited from it..of course, this topic needs time to be discussed more.

There are two types of surrogacies. One is called traditional and other is gestational. In traditional ( not traditional in Islam) the egg comes from the surrogate mother herself and the sperm from an individual or sperm bank. Here the surrogate mother IS the biological mother of the baby. This method is used by homosexual couples and single men or women. Obviously this is Haram in Islam. In gestational type the surrogate mother just carries the baby to full term . Egg and sperm are fertilized OUTSIDE ( IVF/ test tube) before being implanted in the womb of the surrogate mother. This is done with in few hours. Surrogate mother does NOT pass any of her own DNA to the baby and so she is NOT the biological mother of the child. Seems this doesn’t go against any stipulations of Islam and technically should be Halal. Not much different from a nursing foster mother. One should be cognizant to the psycho social aspect of the surrogate mother that they are not taken advantage of the process. Allah knows best.

From pure biology and scientific aspect, can you please confirm whether Hazrat Marryam was a surrogate mother or real mother of Hazrat Isa? Science and Faith is not always interchangeable. Allah ne zina se he mana kia hay, aulad paida krne se nahi jab ke lufta b apna hay. Jiski aulad nahi uska dard samajhna chahye. Jab breastfeeding ke liye aik maa ko kraye pe lia ja skta hay tu iske liye b lia ja sakta hay.

Paternity should b clear. And child should be from legally married husband. Sperm bank fir ur wife is OK bt totally haram for other women

This is so misleading by Ghamdi. What Ghamdi is saying is against Quran. Quran says: "Tumhari biwia tumhari kheti hein" Surah Baqarah Verse 223. Quran is so specific on this, that is, only a wife can bare a child.
