I mean, just know when the ideal transitions are, and listen for the instruments and tempo. I feel like with practice you could figure out a universal one from the instrument right away, then listen to figure out as you do it

@@dexorne9753 2 things One: the fusions follow the general progression of the song pretty well. Two: might’ve listened to it before, like I did before this, and he would get these more often as he both mentions other fusions, and just doing music stuff these things show up more often.

@@Raisei-with-an-ak47 Not entirely. Each one has a unique percussion style. But he does know the general structure of Gusty Garden, so that does work.

5:00 - 5:57 my favourite part of the song imo. I like how it starts as the absolutely banging sound of Smash Bros: Brawl then it transitions to the nostalgia of the Wii Sports soundtrack style, the third style is really chill, and sounds like what you would hear on a casual stroll through Paris, and then all of sudden it becomes a Vocaloid song with the voice of Hatsune Miku being the main melody, that was a bonkers 57 seconds and I love it!

6:22 Wow, right after the Splatoon 2 part, I got an ad that was someone's remix of Spicy Calamari Inkantation, with footage of the Splatoon 2 final boss.

AdamCrossing is very talented at making these fusion collabs, he has made 3 of them and all 3 of them have been top quality

I love how much this game has inspired people to really dive deep into an amazing world filled with incredible tracks to this day and be this passionate about it. This was such an awesome video! I am sure you did a Chrono Trigger one already but if not I'd suggest, my next one would be Knights in the Nightmare one of my favorite games of all time I don't know too many people who've played it.
