Can I Design the PERFECT Roller Coaster? (Pt. 1 - Intamin Blitz)
Ойындар
In this video I will be attempting to design a perfect roller coaster utilizing the Intamin LSM Launch coaster model. The ride will take inspiration from Pantheon at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Taiga at Linnanmaki, Toutatis at Parc Asterix, and VelociCoaster at Universal Islands of Adventure.

Short answer: YES, YOU, CAN
I think it would be interesting if you tried to make the most intense rollercoaster within reasonable limits. I'm talking Skyrush levels of airtime and I305 levels of positive G's and whippy transitions. Something like that would never be built and might not be enjoyable but it might be a good excercise.

I gotta say, as someone who was intensely into coasters and nolimits from about 2002-2006 and then tuned out for 15 years and just came back to it recently, it's crazy to see the quality and level of analysis in videos like these, or in Nolimits itself, and just the fact that all these things are still around and thriving. Good stuff
Finally someone talking about Taiga, this coaster is so extremely underrated. The reason is most probably because its located in Finnland.

dude you make amazing coasters!! you actually rocked out our concept.. you take the time.. to think things threw. plan it out.. your not like other coaster tubers . who just throw something together.. and call it a day.. 100%% str8 up man.. i mean what you built for us.. i would take that any day. its EPIC.. just like this coaster. it was AMAZING.. i cant wait to see the next coaster layouts you come up with..:) :)
The unintended chicane before the reverse spike is actually a very cool touch. It doesn't just work, it really breaks up the monotony of a straight section and it's just the right speed 👌
From someone who absolutely loves VelociCoaster, this was amazing. Great work!
That camelback, that final inversion, that length. Chefs kiss, just perfect!
This is what perfection looks like
"And for this video it's going to be an Intamin Blitz..." That's all I needed to hear 😌
Dude this is really cool! I'd love to see more of this series!
its so good i cant get over how good it looks like you realy should do this for a living like i would love to see your layouts in real life
This layout is so epic! This would be sick of it was real, enthusiasts would go crazy over it
Pls make this a series, this was so enjoyable ro watch keep up the work👍👍👍
This should be a series I love it!!!!
Im from Finland and im so happy to see that taiga is a Little part of this! And i can tell you that the speed hill is crazy. Fantastic 🎉
That's awesome how you gathered all of your knowledge of Intamin's coasters into a new coaster. Can't wait for the B&M episode :p
Him: describing the key elements to the modern blitz coasters Also him: names every named element on velocicoaster...
You know, when a coaster has a POV where you can kinda feel "ghost" forces due to your body expecting to feel them, you know it's good. And this thing did that to me.
Yes a series please. These videos could be all joined up as the perfect park lineup.
As a guy who has been on helix, This one looks Rlly Cool! Good Job on it!
The new style Intamin seats and restraints are second to none imo. The lap bar is super comfortable, not intrusive at all, the seat is a great shape around your backside, but there's no shoulder support which means your top half is still free to move around side to side. Absolutely perfect.

This also seems like a believable layout, very good.
These videos are so fabulously deceiving because they look so real! I love when it is a setting around nature through Hills and rocks and trees just like you mentioned it's hard to imagine that these are only virtual roller coasters.🙏💋❤️👍♿️ too bad they don't make handicap safe roller coaster this is why I watch these fabulous videos⭐️❤️🔥👏👏👏
Everything is perfect! The one thing I would change is to make the vertical spike into a beyond vertical hop spike!
THIS IS AMAZING plz make this a series
I love this please do more!
I love when you do these types of videos.
Great coaster with some great pacing.
PLEEEEAAAAASE make this a series, I love things like this, or just do more vids while u talk through the design
Id def wanna ride that. It looks fun as hell🎉❤
Excellent coaster and presentation!
Pls do a series the coaster was amazing I love that small hill right before you go up the top hat and I love the drop on the top hat I am subscribing :)
I would like to see a challenge where you build a good rollercoaster but every element is slightly off. The effect would be a very good layout but very strange feeling.

This really is the perfect roller coaster. I watched the POV of the coaster before watching the rest of the video so I wouldn’t get spoilers, and the multi pass genuinely surprised me! I could see this going to maybe Kentucky Kingdom?? Maybe Silver Dollar City?? Have any better ideas?
Please make this a series!!
My god that’s beautiful
Idea: -start with short dark ride part -swing launch (with airtime hump) into 60m top hat with 95° drop -twisted airtime hill -airtime stall -airtime hill into dive loop -zero g roll -speed curves with wave turn -outerbanked turn into triple down -midcourse break -launched lift hill (like Maverik but faster) up to 30m into a huge extended hangtime dive loop. -double up airtime hill -non inverting loop -stengel dive -barrel roll up into outerbanked turn -triple up then airtime hill down -150° spike -final break & turntable back to station

i love the sound of that it sounds like an amazing layout
insane coaster!!!😄 just make a series maybe with a mack hyper?🤔
Taiga is really good!
i’m completely on board for this to become a video. this is definitely your best video yet.
Just add speed curves, intimidator speed bankes, geforce drop after the second launc, big and artimehills and seperate the second launch into two like on batman in parque werner. Then its perfect!
How to make the world's best coaster: Get rmc to redesign their trains without seatbelts or shin guards, build a ride with the length of steel vengence and the variety of elements like gwazi/Hakugei. No midcourse needed and it should have a pretty decent prelift. I think a launched lift hill would do wonders. Mayvbe if rmc went even crazier, they could design a train with spinning cars similar to a mack extreme spinner.
keep doing these
Without even watching the rest of the video I knew the POV at the end would just be a better Taiga lol
now u should do this for every major model
actually the capitol bullet train is the most perfect coaster I've ever been into , even its better than the blue fire mega coaster , because of the strong airtime and the high g-force
I love the coaster. It feels like Taiga V2 honestly, and the layout has some amazing elements like that first inversion after the first launch! I just have 1 question. How did you make the banked switch track?
We felt that on Steel Vengeance and i305
Looks like you nailed it but maybe you had to inspire the twisted hill on the twisted airtime hill on taron instead of taiga’s because that on is incredible intense
@EliteCoasters
Жыл бұрын
I didnt really mention taron because the elements used are all also featured on those other 4. But yeah good point
@Blauwedakpan

@@EliteCoasters yeah I understand you because taron doesn’t really have separate elements but a lot of twists, turns and airtime hills instead.
“reliable coasters?” Intamin: “We don’t do that here”
Superb analysis and design. My only "complaint" is that it is a bit too fast for my tastes. I prefer a slightly more "leisurely" ride ... a bit more ... tentative (?). I know it's a roller coaster, but I'd prefer if everything did not shoot by in a blur: I like to anticipate as well as feel the ride.
hey do you mind me asking where you got the lsm sounds? or did you edit them in afterwards? please lmk!
Hmm... what model to suggest for next, what to suggest for next... S&S Hyper would be sick, buuut there's a whole, what, one of them? Steel Curtain. A B&M Giga would be cool too, but again, how much can you change from what's already been done, really... I guess I'll suggest two models for a part 2 and 3. Gerstlauer Infinity (or euro fighter, i suppose) and new gen Vekoma. either one would be really interesting, i think.
4:50 It's that the Pirat in djurs sommerland in Denmark😅
Question, how did you get those intamin style trains in no limits? Ive always wondered how people found those trains
How did you get the the triple launch section to work? Was there any scripting involved? Also if possible would you be able to do a short tutorial video on how to allow such a section to work?
how do you make those high speed switch tracks? awesome video btw!
Definitely a perfect coaster. Layout is original and pacing is perfect. On a similar tier to TENET with its extended reverse section
How is it so smooth 🤩
You should try and make the best 4D coaster!
You basically want a longer Pantheon.
To get the LSM fins is that a custom cosmetic or an in game feature of the rocket coaster? My rocket coaster fins don't look like that

you should do best coasters for the gp
wait how did you made those custom parts for the switch track? (instead of the standard unbanked ones) and the cheat code in the description is just Wonderful it works great
@EliteCoasters

It's two separate coasters (one for the curved switch track, and one for the straight) with the povs edited together.
how can you do angled and lengthened switch tracks in no limits 2 rather than short snappy ones???
Nice video. Can you do the same idea with a B&M giga or Gerstlauer infinity?

And is the ride comfortable? Ive rode velocicoaster and pantheon and the restraints are very comfortable. i've gotten stapled on pantheon and i still managed to get some airtime without any pain.

I mean it’s a great coaster but it’s just made up of things that have already existed, which kinda just makes it a good but generic intamin launch coaster i’m sure it’s possible to make the actual perfect coaster but i don’t think the criteria would be nearly as simple as “i like it when they’re intense, i like this coaster type, and also these elements are good so that’s what makes a perfect coaster” and tbh I don’t think the perfect coaster would be that intense or whippy, just enough to be entertaining to those who are desensitized to it. And i also think slight changes in criteria or priority would change it wildly in size shape length elements intensity and layout, not to mention the psychological effect that many rollercoaster layouts (usually accidentally) have when riding If we are to prioritize intensity i honestly would say something very similar to maverick, maybe with a little more uniqueness and variety in the first half. (And higher capacity) But if the goal is to get everyone to agree that it’s the best coaster, even people who are terrified of coasters could get over their fear just by riding it, i would say take the general layout idea of millennium force, as a smooth b&m giga, with graceful transitions that aren’t as snappy as a normal b&m giga, a little more entertainment and airtime in the middle, and also a color scheme that isn’t another fucking generic dull blue and gray rollercoaster lmao

You can pronounce « Toutatis » like *Tootati*. If you want to add a little « je ne sais quoi » you can add a little hissing noise at the end so that it’s *TootatiH*.
The second half of the ride just rips through the course.
The roll is strong, but Velocicoaster pulls -1.93 gs on it. I think Velocicoaster’s is more intense.
