Y'know, I wasn't expecting the third Science Man movie to be an origin story, but it was very interesting to see how our hero became more than human, and really puts the Grandpants Murphy twist into a more tragic perspective. I occasionally do themed censor bleeps, this one is all about running electrical current so it was a natural fit. I like using the radio static lately (not what was used in this ep, but the past few) because I need to look into the copyright of the walkie-talkie chirp to see if we should just make our own or continue using what we've used in the past.

You guys have become my #1 favorite channel! lol I have to be careful not to binge watch you guys haha

TDCS and TCMS are freaking awesome areas of research. I remember working with them as a Neurobiology research undergrad. It has promise with epilepsy (especially TCMI) and tons of other conditions as well but I am not up to date on the most recent research. This is cutting edge stuff bought on the internet. Also you're a better tracer player than me. I'm a D.Va man myself.

That Overwatch Test Segment... They were last place and just getting assists mostly. Not really the best in testing for reaction time except being Tracer and being speedy. :P

To be fair: that tends to be my play style. I feel like Scout in TF2 and Tracer in Overwatch are best served as harriers, whose job is to distract and break the other team’s front.

The Modern Rogue tracer is the best duelist in the game, as she can disorient the enemy by blinking through them, 180ing, and one clipping ir at least putting damage in and wasting cooldowns, and she can triple blink in to an unsuspecting support and instakill them. You just have to remember that her effective range is 7m or less

I got it. And i was laughing my butt off.

Speaking of noodle, will the modern rogue ever do an episode on noodling or fishing and/or hunting? (For sport, not like poaching or smtg)

TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation, the thing Brian mentioned at the start) is a thing my girlfriend used clinically, and it was actually really helpful for her. Not quite the way Brian described it, but it worked!

Seems like it would be fun to try and assess the source of the slight improvement in Overwatch. I get the feeling that it may be some combination of placebo effect and the tickling sensation (i.e. having constant physical stimulation like that may have an aggravating effect that feeds other aspects like high-energy mood and indirectly improves gameplay). Of course, now that he knows about the positioning and the tickling, it would be hard to create an effective placebo with him as the subject. Of course, it could just be statistical noise, luck, or having warmed up for the second round. Either way, fun vid.

As a neuroscientist, that thing should only be putting out 2ma. It also really matters where you put the pads, and moving them a bit can cause huge differences. Negative lowers general activity in an area, and positive increases it.
